On the day of the excursion everything was perfectly organized—friendly staff, comfortable transport, and a schedule that ran smoothly without ever feeling rushed. We booked Loro Parque through a different provider before our flight to Tenerife and didn’t realise it didn’t include a transfer. We have booked other excursions through Tenerife First Excursions when we arrived and spoke with Trev. We realised the night before going to Loro Parque that a transfer wasn’t included and immediately messaged Trev to see if he could help. Although Loro Parque wasn’t booked through Tenerife First Excursions, Trev and Lorena managed to get us a bus transfer to Loro Parque for the following day.
