I visited this shop like all other shops that sell electronics In Tenerife as you do, but this time I was looking to buy something expensive (ie) a new phone, I asked about a few phones and asked about this one phone and that I was interested in, I then proceeded to be cautious and said r these fake or refurbish phones which can easily be done, long story short I bought one with his full confidence and even made the point that when I bring the phone home that I’ll bring it back as im coming back over Xmas. The owner was extremely nice and said there’s no problem bringing the phone back, he’s been there over 20years and selling something this really doesn’t benefit his business, home now and everything is as it should be. Have bought many things in this excellent shop over the last five years. My latest purchase was a new apple ipad and cover. I shop here because the two brothers that own and run the business are very helpful and knowledgeable, and I can buy with confidence knowing the items are genuine. Avoid avoid avoid! I visited here looking for headphones, tried out a pair and asked whether i could return them if there was a problem and he said there would be no problem. At which point i did a quick check of the reviews of the headphones online and his whole attitude changed. No wonder, they were twice the price of anywhere else.
