To start we had buratta salad and canarian potatoes with mojo sauce Followed by lamb slow roasted on a bed of potatoe rounds . The fish of the day which was local caught only in the waters surrounding Canary Islands served with roasted veg . Absolutely stunning all the flavours we're here succulent lamb fish that literally melted in the mouth . The service is fast, and the staff were very accommodating to our special needs (baby) - they even took my wife's portion to keep it warm while she breastfed without the thought having ever occurred to us.
