Make sure you drop by to book or book online as you need to with most of the other tiktok famous places. We got turned away a few nights prior and told you need to book, especially if its a night sports games are on. We went for dinner and chose a night where no games were on but it was still pretty busy, food was around a 45 minute wait from ordering which we were told when we sat down. The staff were pretty attentive despite how busy it was and somehow actually got happier as the night went on, occasionally singing and doing a little dance to the music they had playing lol. The food was worth the wait though. We ordered Mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, onion rings and fajitas. Mozzarella sticks were absolutely massive, good cheese pull and the garlic mayo it was served with also tasted great, however we did have to take some home. Garlic bread was pretty standard but also tasty, same with onion rings. Fajitas were great also, after ordering some at Luuma a few nights prior and them being really watery and not very nice I was skeptical but The Winchester redeemed my love for them. Served with 2 tortillas, guac and some doritos but unfortunately no cheese like you’d find in the UK (not sure if thats standard in Tenerife or not) but I just threw some of the mozzarella sticks in there and it was delish! Quite tomato-ey and saucey which I’m also not used to but they were great! We also got a little strawberry daiquiri to end the meal off and it was one of the best we got while in Costa Adeje. Overall definitely recommend.

COCKROACHES!! My partner and I visited after seeing good reviews on TikTok. We came expecting to have to wait a bit to be seated and then for the food. We only waited around 10 minutes to be seated and were told it would be an hour for mains but starters would come faster, we were okay with that. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and quesadillas to start, they were okay. Unfortunately, they took an hour to come even though we were told starters would come out quickly. The drinks service was slow, I ordered a beer that never showed up after multiple reminders. My partner went to the men’s toilets and discovered multiple alive and dead cockroaches. Most of the staff seemed more interested in watching the football on the TVs than doing their job which isn’t a good look in such a busy restaurant with long waits. I feel that this place has good potential but they’ve got greedy with the TikTok popularity and will operate over capacity, resulting in sub par food, service and cleanliness.

We booked a table as it was recommended as it can get really busy on arrival there was a few empty tables we ordered our drinks then had to wait about 20mins to order food then we waited nearly an hour for the food to arrive all in the mean time tables that came in after us or at the same time had got there food and left I actually think they had misplaced our order then remembered about us, no apology for food taking so long staff were lovely just the wait time really let down the experience. Of course we ordered the famous mozzarella sticks but we shared a portion as they are huge and I must say were very tasty and filling we actually wish we had just ordered them and no main course but our mains were good as well my husband ordered the filled tacos he could only manage one and a half I ordered the chilli bowl it was so full but just a bit spicy for me, unsure we would go back but we are taking our daughter to Tenerife in the summer and she really wants to go.

Me and the bro have been coming here for sometime. The food is absolutely amazing .. the staff are so attentive and friendly - this includes front of house and a high five to the kitchen staff we never see. We were in the other night when the turn “Scott” was in. He I must admit was an absolute disgrace and very intimidating which resulted in us both leaving.

However, this is not the fault at all of the premises. No one can anticipate a turn turning up intoxicated. I have since been advised that this person no longer will be performing for the Winchester. Well Done Winchester for terminating this individual..

I assure you all the time we have been coming this is a one off and has been dealt with swiftly and professional by management.

We have been to the Winchester twice a day it is that good only just having the tremendous breakfast this morning and will be back tonight. .

The staff like mentioned before are bloody amazing and friendly and can’t do enough for their customers - you are all superstars and keep up your magnificent work.

Yea the other night with this turn was a disgrace but has been swiftly dealt with. I would give 10 Stars but I can’t so here is the five you “all” deserve.

Please do not be put off at all by the actions of one individual- do not let this ever be taken into consideration if deciding to visit this place. It has been dealt with .. end of story.

Now come on continue to give this place and staff the custom they deserve ..

Thanks...

Went for a family meal. This is the 3rd time.. First time was good (year ago) then returned in summer and had under cooked chicken wings. Wanted to give it another go but wish we hadn't. This time they forgot my sons burger and rushed it so it wasn't good at all (FYI burgers don't come with chips or salad on side). Didn't come check the food and I had to go the front to tell them a burger missing " i didnt get that"- theres 3 on a table and you bring 2 meals and didnt check????! They didnt read me back my order and when a waiter does that they should get it right or not be so confident as you lost your tip. I had the fajitas which again were not good. They have no cheese and the wraps are bigger than a beach ball with a small fajita portion, no cheese, just 2 dips, chicken, 2 humongous wraps and some tortilla crisps ha thats right not even cheese or salsa. My wrap looked like a huge dumpling as certainly couldn't "wrap" it.. so much excess bread! Not what it use to be an in my opinion..just social media holding this place up now with some mozzarella sticks apparently and it shows.. Its right at the end of the strip on the promenade and we walked all the way there for such a disappointing experience. Don't waste your money there are loads of better places we strolled past to stupidly come here. Loch Ness is the best on the strip if you want to see real...
