Zambra SkyBar (Only Adults) — Restaurant in Adeje

We walked into the bar and no one from the staff said a word to us. We calmly sat down and waited for someone to take our order. While we were waiting, my companion went for a quick dip in the pool. Right away, a waiter named Serhijo came over to me and said we now had to pay 50 euros for using the pool. There were no signs or warnings anywhere about this, which I told him, but he started complaining that his boss would yell at him and subtly hinted that I should pay him directly.

I refused and ordered drinks from another waiter. Later, when I asked for the bill, Serhijo said we had to either spend 50 euros at the bar or just pay that amount outright. We ended up taking some desserts to go just to avoid further conflict.

Very unpleasant experience. This waiter earned his establishment a 1-star review.

Such a great roof bar! You’re immersing yourself in absolutely amazing atmosphere from the moment you step into the GF modern and luxury hotel. The roof bar is located at 5th floor with stunning views at Costa Adeje and its surroundings. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The drinks tho?! It’s totally different story! Lovely rooftop experience at this 5 star hotel. Paid €50 for a day relaxing on Bali beds and the glass swimming pool. The charge was reimbursed on food and cocktails. Well worth it.
