Ca´s Capellà — Restaurant in Alcúdia

One of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had, tourists and foreigners are not welcomed here, and I say this as a Spanish. I live in Majorca and I had friends visiting, so wanted to show them Alcudia. They were traveling with 3 kids so at some point we needed to make a little stop for them to have ice-cream and rest a bit. They got there before I did, and when I arrived I couldn't believe what I witnessed. The waitress, a really rude & stressed out middle aged woman was clearly mistreating my friends. After she pushed them from another area of the restaurant because she said she was on her own and couldn't cover both areas (that I totally understand but that can be said politely & in a much nicer way), I went to order ice-cream for the kids and very rudely she said she would take the order at the table. I confronted her for being so rude and she literally said we were "invading her house" and that she was more than happy to see us leave. I got really mad and told our friends we were leaving. The kids had had some crisps and when I went to pay for them, the angry & rude waitress told me not to pay, that we should just leave. We left, of course. Lucky for us, we went to another cafeteria nearby and to an ice-cream shop nearby, where we were treated very nicely (I will leave them positive reviews). But this place... Feliz de no haberme gastado ni un duro en este lugar donde tratan a la gente como basura....

This was a quick stop off for lunch at the market. Had to find someone to serve us, no attention given. Eventually took our order, Very offhand female waitress! Very unfriendly manner. Extremely rude to another family that sat down beside us because they moved the table/chairs slightly to accommodate their pushchair, rude to them and gesticulating to other staff about what a terrible thing they'd done moving the chair slightly further out into the street! The family promptly left the premises without staying as SO unwelcome. We would have ordered food but ended up ordering only drinks due to sloooow service. Same older waitress absolutely horrified that we then wanted to pay by card. Very odd all round for what essentially is their line of work. 0/5...

Me and my family decided to sit down to eat thinking its a quick stop to sit down to our surprise when trying to place two chairs at one table to accomodate our numbers we were taken aback at the frustration of the waiter beside us . After that incident we thought it was a tad odd but order anyway, as a group of 3 families we wanted to see if we could possible pay the bill with 3 payers which all restaurants have accommodated to, is it inconvenient but the waitress shot us a very dirty look and throughout the order proceeded to walk of and show imature attidtude , not...
