Extremely disappointed, reserved in advance, they don’t respond to calls to make amendments to reservations and manager treated us badly from start, refused to accomodate one extra chair for our table saying he didn’t have chairs and at the same time putting extra chairs for tables who didn’t even have reservations. He is not shamed of lying in front of your face and letting a family with kids out at 9pm to look for another restaurant. I strongly recommend to not visit the place, it is very clear that you will be refused/accepted based on your nationality and with no shame. He will also prefer no kids as they consume less so he will use the excuse to let you out. I visited this place many times during the last years in Spain and the service has downgraded, will not put a foot back in this place nor recommend to anyone.

Since i am a foodie, the first time i passed Kaf Restaurant it caught my attention and for sure i wanted to try it, and since i am also a designer and a meticulous person i liked the interior design and i follow this rule in life: If somebody invested in the quality of their interior/branding for sure they will do the same for their cuisine. I can guarantee you that the first time i ate there wasn't going to be the last time, i went back for the burger and i am going back for more! I totally recommend it to every foodie in Alicante, try it and you wont regret it, And like they say: "There is no love sincerer than the love of food" Thank you for the delicious food and the great experience!...

The food is extremely tasty , and the service is great , the owner is very welcoming ans knows how to treat his customers. In terms of menu , there’s a variety of foods , we chose the roast chicken with chips( freshly cut not frozen ) and it was delicious , and the kids had a burger , it was a gourmet burger for kids, the bread was a brioche bun and the meat was real beef. We finished it off with a lovely mint tea with an exquisite baklawa ….. and another thing that surprised me was the price , really good prices for the quality of the food and ingredients used.
