The staff could not communicate in English. When I asked for the menu, they gave me one that was supposed to be in English, but everything was still in Spanish. I asked if the dish was lamb kobadha, and they said yes — but when it arrived, it was actually liver with rice. The rice had an old smell, and the quality was very poor. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I left the food uneaten but still had to pay the full amount. I would never recommend this place, not even if the food were free. Firstly, when they were cooking, there was smoke all over the place and our eyes stung and watered the whole time! The food was good, some items better than others, but the cherry on top was when they brought us the terminal so we can pay, and our total was 70€! They did not bring us the check with the items on it AT ALL. And when we went to the register to check what we paid for, it turned out that the girl working there or whoever added like 5/6 more items to our bill, with around +20€ !!!!!! I don’t know why she thought we are stupid, but what she tried to pull off did not work...

We have been in this restaurant today 30/07/2024, the quality of food is very bad. I have ordered three Kabsa meals. The meat was cold inside and very chewy and not smell good. The Customer service is very poor. The service is very bad and slow. They bring our starter less than a minute before main dish! The starter were very expensive £13 for some of Humos, babaghanuj and few pieces of breads! He charged us €94 for 4 persons. The owner cheating people by playing Quran on tv 24 hours.
