Started well being served by a nice and polite waitress. Unfortunately she finished her shift after serving my food. Once she had finished the service was terrible. One man stood at the bar and no waiters to take orders. I actually wanted more food and drink, so after coming back from the toilet, I went to order at the bar. Before I ordered, I asked the bartender for tap water and he refused... This is the first time I have ever been refused tap water in my life. What did this man gain by not giving me water? In a place with a climate such as Almeria's, the fact that a basic need such as free access to water could be refused is crazy to me. I decided not to order more after this and sat back down. Around 25 minutes after the waitress finished, another waiter turned up for his shift. I flagged him down and asked for my bill. The bartender who refused me tap water ending up bringing my bill instead and didn't even acknowledge me. Just gave me the bill and walked off after I paid and thanked him. My only guess as to why I was treated like this is due to me being a tourist. I work in the same industry back home and this is by far the worst service ive received.

Experiencia de mi pedido: El trato que he recibido de este establecimiento ha sido inmejorable.

Realicé un pedido en justEat, plataforma a la que no volveré a consumir por presentar muchas veces el siguiente problema.

JustEat después de realizar mi pedido y pasar una hora, llamo al establecimiento para preguntar qué ocurre a mí pedido. Lamentable que al no tener la empresa subcontratada repartidores, no iba a recibir mi comida a tiempo, SIN EMBARGO, JAVIER, que no sé si será jefe o empleado, al conocer mi situación por teléfono se tomó la molestia de seguir mi caso personalmente.

Javier me ayudó a realizar mi pedido a través de la propia plataforma del establecimiento, me supervisó en la realización de mi pedido y lo tramitó exitosamente.

Al ser ya bastante tarde (por culpa de justEat) sus repartidores habían acabado su jornada laboral, A SI QUE JAVIER, se tomó la molestia PERSONALMENTE de traerme la comida.

"No puedo permitir que un cliente que confíe en nuestro trabajo se quede sin comer"

Javier es ese tipo de empleados que sólo por su servicio hace que merezca la pena repetir la experiencia en el establecimiento.

En cuanto a la comida, es una comida estilo FastFood, pero contando que comes carne de calidad la cual usan género que saben como tratarlo, y producto fresco al precio que lo ofertan, es altamente recomendable.

I cannot explain you guys how different and good this burger is, it should be named differently and these guys they do an amazing job, they work so hard and have amazing ideas of how to combine flavors with the meat and the bread.
