WOK Slow Boat — Restaurant in Antigua

Updated June 2023. Rather dissapointing the food price keeps going up and the drinks are now quite expensive. The mediocre dry white wine was 3.50/ glass and the large beer 3.10/glass. No buy one get one free. The starters were probably best if you like deep fried food. The soup was slightly cold but OK. I tried a little of each main course. Surprisingly there was little difference in the taste of all seven dishes that I had some of. The exception was the sweet and sour chicken which was totally horrible and I have no idea how they made such a terrible batter, if it was batter. Everything seemed bland and tierd The meal for 2 with one drink each was 30 euro which included around 2.50 euro tip. I could not say I felt it was good value and it was much better year's ago in both quality and value for money. I think I will.stay away for now.

amazing place. the price of the buffet for an adult is 12.5 € and you eat whatever you want and as much as you want!!! the choice is really huge, many variants of meat: beef, pork, chicken and shrimps served in various forms, something wonderful. In addition, you can eat many side dishes here, such as rice, pasta, sushi, french fries or potatoes, but that's not the point because there is also a great selection of desserts. delicious ice cream, toppings, cakes, fruit and all this for 12.5 €? I'm absolutely delighted. and the service? they deserve a huge distinction, very nice, cordial and WORKING people, they took care of everything, I admire them very much!!! I haven't seen a place like this before, I'm shocked that it works so well. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, it may not be exclusive (but what can you expect for such a low price?) or the highest quality, but everything is fresh. I am very satisfied....

The place is called the new slow boat,a second Chinese just across the street is called the slow boat. so the new slow boat was fantastic we went for the buffet meal witch has both Japanese and Chinese food. We tried a little of everything (as much as we could).
