We visited Bey Kebap, located inside Nevada Shopping Mall, as a group of six. 🛍️🍽️
Each of us ordered different meals, and we also shared falafel and hummus as starters.
The hummus was okay — not great, but acceptable. However, the falafel was quite disappointing. It tasted like it was pre-made and lacked flavor or texture. We couldn’t even finish it. 🧆❌
Most of us ordered chicken and beef doner plates, and unfortunately, none of us could really enjoy them. The meat — both chicken and beef — was dry, flavorless, and very tough to chew. It was difficult to eat and even harder to digest. 😕🥩🍗
We believe the root of the problem is the lack of proper staffing. There was only one staff member (he also couldn't talk any english word) handling all the orders and service. He did his best and was clearly trying to manage, but for six people — plus other tables — it was far too much for one person. Eventually, someone from the kitchen came out to help, but the workload was clearly too heavy for just two people. 🧑🍳🥵
This likely affected the food quality as well — the döner was probably overcooked or sitting too long before serving, which explains the dry and rubbery texture.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The food didn’t meet our expectations, and we couldn’t enjoy the meal.
We’re giving this place 2 out of 5 stars, and that’s mainly out of respect for the staff’s effort and willingness to...
Read moreWe regularly eat here but lately we have been going less often. The reason for this is the staff. Over the last few months it was mostly the same staff which is very demotivated and not friendly unfortunately. You don’t feel welcome or valued as a customer. It’s actually very sad because the food is good. The kebab is yummy and exactly what it is supposed to be. Today we went again as we noticed a different crew. I must say that this staff was super friendly and treated us the way you expect it as a customer. Hopefully this staff will work here longer so we will come and eat here more...
Read moreI stopped here to grab a quick sandwich and drink. Everyone working there was super helpful and friendly. They made sure to get the employee who spoke English, which I really appreciate as I am just learning Spanish. They were quick to make my pollo Kebap, ensuring I had all the “fixings” that I wanted. That Kebap hit the spot! It was so flavorful and my dinks were nice and cold (much needed in...
