So if youâre reading this, youâve probably googled âthe best seafood restaurant in Los Cristianosâ, like myself, and your search, Iâm assuming brought up this restaurant with a 4.8 rating, and also another one not too far away 4.7 rating. Well Iâve literally just eaten here and I can tell you the food was absolutely delicious! I also visited the other seafood restaurant yesterday, which was also very very good, but I think this one beats it by a small fraction. I had the prawn lollipops and squid from the sharer dishes (half portion), which I thought might not be enough, but honestly that was enough to fill a hungry hole. Both dishes were incredible. My wife had the grilled chicken, which was also very nice and perfectly cooked. The menu is small and condensed, so youâre not inundated with choices, but they also have specials board. Unfortunately for me the octopus had sold out for the day, which is my âgo toâ when Iâm abroad. The other restaurant you might have come across has a lot more to choose from on the menu. So if youâre into big meals or going out with kids / family, they have a lot more choice and probably more suitable for you, however if youâre looking for an incredible light lunch, then this is the place to...

We walked past this place by chance after a long walk down the coast. Heard lots of local Spanish people chatting outside the restaurant and thought this was a good sign. It was full when we arrived but we were just asked to take a seat at the bar and we would have a table in 10 mins.
Well worth the short wait and you can see why they were full. We asked the waiter (lovely guy) for his recommendations and were we so glad we did!
We had a delicious 1/2 portion of seafood paella (honestly the best one Iâve had in all my many visits to Spain) pimento octopus, fried fish (not sure on fish variety but it was very tender and very good!), and a tuna steak with wine sauce. Iâm not even a Tuna fan normally so I was a bit reticent when it arrived but it was very delicious and clearly Iâve been cooking tuna wrong đ.
The wine and beer was great and very reasonable. Whole bill less than 50 euros, very reasonably priced for such fantastic food and a couple of drinks...
Read moreI was searching for a place serving Spanish cuisine for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, and picked this family-owned restaurant based on the google feedbacks. I went here all the way from the playa de Troya, and the experience was absolutely worth it! Right from the entrance, a very pleasant respectful and somewhat charming waiter (who turned out to be a son of the chef) offered me seating inside. However after my hesitation, he arranged a place outside even though I didnât have reservation. Note that the place is very popular, reservation is highly advised. The menu is very balanced and focused on seafood. Based on the waiterâs recommendation, I ordered red tuna with salad and potatoes. I also ordered some sardines. The food was just amazing! Pure joy of home-made comfort food! Thanks a lot for great experience! I absolutely recommend the place for a meal, or drink, and look forward to coming back...
