Just left Tenerife and the saddest part was not being able to eat here again until we come back.

Everything was as it was during the first time we came in 2024 (review below). Friendly and amazing service and food.

This time we tried the longostinas and Morcilla and the hilariously named dessert- the Prince Albert. All phenomenal.

We hope they read these amazing reviews, as they deserve all the positivity. We can’t wait to be back - Andy and Katie x

I couldn’t believe how efficient and how friendly the service was, considering it is just the two of them! Just really nice people that work hard to provide some of the most amazing food in Los Cristianos. Every table was reserved (which says a lot about the quality of the place) yet still managed to fit us in. Portions were plentiful and the food was delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and so much so we ate two days in a row and would’ve hopefully have been a third, if it wasn’t closed. We will definitely be back. The only slight let down wasn’t actually to do with them - it was actually the bar across the road with the horrible karaoke. Padron peppers, Almogrote (smelly but addictive) and the steak gorgeous. Best sangria I’ve had and the tostada beer was something I’ll need to find...

We recently visited Taberna Cantabra with two families, including children, and were thoroughly impressed by our experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredibly pleasant, making us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service, which added to the overall positive experience.

One thing that stood out to us was the presence of many local residents dining here, which is always a good sign of a quality establishment. While the prices were reasonable (not very low, but definitely affordable), the quality of the food more than justified the cost.

The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the food. The restaurant offers a wide selection of tapas, each dish expertly prepared, delicious, and diverse. For seafood enthusiasts, this place is a must-visit as the seafood dishes were fresh and flavorful. A pleasant surprise was the caramelized black pudding, which had an exceptional taste and left a lasting impression.

In summary, Taberna Cantabra is highly recommended for its delightful atmosphere, excellent service, and exquisite cuisine. It's a place we definitely plan to return to on our next visit. A true gem in...

I have just left the restaurant and could wait to write this review. TERRIBLE. Starter was the Croquets - Very nice, mushroom , cod and cheese. 4 star.

Mains, i ordered the slow roast pork belly €14 , was asked what i wanted with it. I requested Vegetables with a only a few potatoes.

I was served a slab of fat with some signs of meat stands running through it. Even if it had been meat, for €14 is was a rip off. It really was disgusting. I was severed mostly a fried potato chips and a separate plate of vegetables in swimming in olive oil. I ate so little of the belly pork as it was like eating warm lard.

To ad insult to injury, they charged me €3.50 for the vegetables.
