Antiu Xixona Helados Open Mall — Restaurant in Arrecife

The ice cream is amazing, but everything else is just terrible. She doesn't speak a WORD in english, and I feels like she was a rude when she discovered, I did not speak spanish. This island is live from tourists.. So .. hooow? I try to explain at very first (showing 3 fingers , that I will ask THREE different ice creams).. then she just put more and more and more from the first one that I have chosen.. then I had to tell her, stop pls! And I pointed out one another taste, but it was not enough space for a 3rd taste.. after this. So i get 4 ice cream (3 in a same taste) because she could not understand me and not listed on me)

I would never go back for this...

We had to check what did this place do to people to deserve such bad reviews. Findings are - nothing in particular. This is a very busy location in a shopping mall. The staff are overworked with constant flow of customers and a few minutes to wash dishes in between. No wonder they won't be overly enthusiastic about you. But they are friendly nonetheless, despite not speaking English (it's not a tourist spot after all) they do try to understand you and the ice cream they serve is fantastic. La peor EXPERIENCIA el trato fue LAMENTABLE, nos atendió una mujer rubia con el pelo muy corto y gafas . El día de ayer Martes 25 de junio . Le pedí un café para mi amiga y un frappe, en la cartelera ponía que iba con nata y helado, pensé que lo servirían de esa manera, la señora se enfado porque ella me sirvió un frappe clásico.Y yo no le dije que lo quería con helado y nata , porque yo como cliente tenía la obligación de saber diferencia entre el clásico y el que venía con helado y nata , Diciéndomelo de muy mal manera con un tono un poco elevado, la nata se le había acabado, dándome a entender que por mi poca atención tenía que esperar 10min mientras ella hacía la nata todo esto de muy mal manera. Cuando fui a por mi pedido me volvió a recalcar que tuvo que hacer otro frappe por mi poca falta de atención , ya que ella está atendiendo al público y debería explicarle al cliente este tipo de cosas, y si le añades la falta de educación pues ya tienes un negocio que no va a prosperar como no se forme y se corrija a las personas que lo representan cara al público. Espero que las personas a cargo de este lugar puedan hacer algo al respecto. NO...
