365 Worst experience and horrible place to eat in Sants Barcelona. Awful. Terrible treatment. I would really absolutely not recommend this cafe. The worst restaurant I ate at in ever. I went there for a brunch since it was near the hotel I was in. As soon as they realize that you are not a local and are visiting or a tourist, their behavior changes. Given the language barrier and when it was time to pay, I handed the girl cash which was a larger bill, but my bill was also over 25 euros. She seemed okay to look for change but the other females who worked there started to almost scold and yell at this girl and started talking in Catalan mostly, thinking that I don’t understand that language at all and were very disrespectful and just forced her to returned the money. I had to scramble and search for the amount and pay for the food. After me a local gentleman, regular probably, came and did the exact same thing and they seemed to have change for him. Why be so rude to tourists? They want the tourist’s money but will treat them badly. This is how horrible the experience in Barcelona has been. A disaster, with all the tables very dirty and uncleaned, it was very unpleasant. While I was seated and finishing up the food I got, a unhoused person, who seems to sit at that signal corner, came in and sat inside, at a table right in the middle of where atleast 6 tables were occupied and he was smelling very bad of urine and it made everyone there so uncomfortable and the staff did nothing. All were watching their belongings, and some even got up and left. He even went inside and used the restrooms which was a common one for both males and females and stopped anyone else from using any facilities. This place definitely did not seem safe for tourists and had a horrible experience. Never went there again. The dirtiest cafeteria and rudest waiters impossible to find, I assure you. Read morePedimos un par de "joanets" que son los croissant pequeños. Uno de ellos estaba bien. El otro, en cambio, duro, muy duro. Haciendo presión con el dedo no se hundía la masa. Le solicitamos el cambio y la dependienta accedió amablemente. No obstante, el nuevo croissant seguía estando duro (se partió como si fuese una rosquilleta). Vuelvo a pedir el cambio. Y me vuelve a entregar otro del expositor que también estaba duro. Cuando me doy cuenta, advierto que es el mismo croissant que había devuelto (marca de dedo incluida). Entiendo que la dependienta pensaba que no me iba a dar cuenta.
Resumen: le entrego un croissant que no está para la venta, tocado por el cliente, y lo deja otra vez en el expositor.
Finalmente desistimos.
No es la primera vez que me encuentro en este local con croissants...
Read moreAcabamos de ser agredidos y maltratados por un par de camareros más maleducados , estupidos chulos y prepotentes que se pueda imaginar. Pido 2 refrescos, me las pone de muy malas maneras, y se va, pido 2 vasos, porque no me los ha dado antes, y va lava los vasos que hay en la pica con sus sucias manos y me los pone delante, yo que no salía de mi asombro le digo, vasos mojados así, a ti te gustaría que los pusieran así? Y mira a su compañero riéndose de mi. La cafetería más sucia y camareros más maleducados imposible de encontrar os lo aseguro. Qué triste que haya gente así trabajando con desgana y hay mucha gente deseando trabajar. Qué triste y qué vergüenza. Pondré una queja en la oficina de consumo.
