Alaire Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Barcelona

We went at night to the terrace of the hotel, where the views are fantastic, hence my only star. We sit at the bar to take 2 cocktails, and in the menu, the "prices" of the drinks appears... but there is a final surprise: a premium Gin is 10.50 Euros that I took, and a Rum Santa Teresa is 9.50 euros. We bring the waitress and served, without being able to see the marks or quantities, I think it is a bad mistake in a place of this category, because the glasses are served at the time of the client. We take them and ask for the account and SURPRISE! The price of the drinkd were increased by 3 euros each for the refresh! It seems totally deceitful to us, since its menu does not indicate it; Would it not be more transparent to indicate the final price of the drinks in the menu? let's be honest. In addition, it turns out that they intend to charge the most expensive Rum brand of the 2 that there are (large reserve and the 1796) that translates into a rum combo for 32 euros ! Without having asked so or seen if it is what they intend to charge ... we tell the waitress, she corrects us with a reduction of 6 euros but tells us that we have also taken the most expensive ... sorry? To which I respond: we have not asked for it that way and we have not seen it either. It is 2 in the morning and they are closing, with enough tables and at the bar the customers finishing their drinks. The same waitress, while I rush my drink and wait for my partner, tells me that it is time ... and I tell her that I wait for my partner and finish the cup, she insists reluctantly. 2 minutes later , another waitress insisting that they are close ... and go away! As if we were like a cattle and lot of people still waiting in the 2 elevators .... Overall, when I arrived at the hall I told my dissatisfaction to the receptionist and he regrets it ... it is not his responsibility either, although he might comment on it. Total, to NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND. I believe that the clients deserve a correct, professional treatment, clear prices and respect, and of course we have not found it in...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Alaire Terrace Bar and it was an exceptional experience. The inviting atmosphere and spacious ambiance immediately set the tone for a relaxing evening. The view from the terrace is simply stunning, adding a touch of magic to the overall experience.

The prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for casual occasion. The service was impressively fast and friendly, which made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The sophisticated vibes of the bar added an extra layer of charm, making it a perfect place to unwind.

We stayed at the hotel and after our successful first night visit, we found ourselves returning every evening. Whether it was before heading out for the night or winding down after a day of exploring, Alaire Terrace Bar became our go-to spot.
