Bodega La Riera — Restaurant in Barcelona

After visiting Park Güell my daughter and I found this Bodega given its proximity to the park and its Google Reviews. I have been travelling through Europe for a month and this was the best meal that I've eaten at a restaurant. I ate the zucchini noodles with pesto, a salad with apples/raisins/walnuts and the vegan truffles for dessert. I can't recommend this place enough. You know those little hole in the wall places that you accidentally stumble upon? This is one that you have to find! A limited tapas menu, but the Hummus and the Spaghetti Zucchini with pesto and walnuts were both very good. So much so that we returned for a second day to get them again. On day two we noticed that they have a little service window serving customers on the sidewalk. Absolutely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Dropped in here for a few drinks, it's a nice and homely bar with friendly service (language was a small barrier but they were very patient with us), and the wines are well priced. Great selection of bottled craft beers. Didn't try the food but there looks to be a great selection of pizzas, sandwiches, and tapas.
