Wow! I think this place has to win the title of the most rude place I have ever been. Waiter was extremely rude, weather we can read a big text on the terrace tables saying that we need to order A DINNER to have THE PRIVELEGE OF SITTING THERE 😂 Then when we asked if we could sit there, he told it to us again that we must order as minimum as 4 tapases, and then when we started to order, I ordered 2 tapases and vermouth, and my friends didn’t even started to order, when he interrupted us again, “hey what vermouth I told you it must be 4 tapases at least” 😭 Did we wanted to stay there after? - no! We only had to stay somewhere out for another 30 min at this plaza. What then? We’ve been with kids of course the waiter have never suggested us anything like a kid chairs, then we took another chair from another empty table as we needed one chair more. And then later on when my friend went to the kid the waiter took her chair and pushed it back to an empty table 🤦🏼♀️I mean, really!? How more rude you should be? All food was fried in a fat oil, and in a fried paprika some of the pieces where spice some not, that was also strange. Could we finish any food it this atmosphere? - no. Would we ever come back there again even if we do live next to this place. -no. The only thing that this restaurant has is the terrace on the plaza. If not this then there won’t be a persone I must say. No gràcies y adèu! Un lloc el...
Read moreTerrible experience. The food was decent but the service was horrible. The waiter told us that we should get at least 4 tapas per table to sit down: that's okay, but then, we asked him if we could order drinks while we took a look at the food and he very rudely said "no, when you ask for food" in a very unfriendly manner as if we were being an inconvenience for him for just being there. In the end, two of us (we were a group of five) had to leave early, we asked the same waiter if we could pay individually with what everyone had ordered, since some people had eaten and some people hadn't, and he said no, only split equally, then we asked if we should go inside to pay, the two of us who had to leave, and he said "no, we can only bring the bill at the end for everyone", so we had to wait while the others were finishing and unwillingly put pressure on them. It honestly felt like the guy was doing us a favour and that he was annoyed with us being there instead of us being there and paying for a service, each time that we interacted . I would like to put more than 1 star because the food was alright but honestly an experience with a service like this can't make up for it. I would advise anyone who is thinking of going to choose another nearby place for a drink/food of which Gracia is full. If this is how they treat their clients the place just doesn't...
Read moreMe and my friend went to have Paella there. Even though our order was taken by two different wwaiterst, apparently, nobody had taken our order and after waiting for 30-40mins we discovered that our Paella was not even started to be made. Thee waiters apologized for their mistake verbally but nobody offered us any compensation for the lost time nor any complimentary drinks / food, no gesture of apologies from the restaurant at all. ADDITIONALLY, Paella price inthe menu was 17.50 and waiters told us that the dish was for 2persons but nobody mentioned that one dish would actually require payment lf each person, so 17.50 per person eventually turned out to be 35Euros for one dish. It is not fair to have the price displayed so trickily in the menu while they basically and in fact request 35Euro ro a dish - so it was A TRAP FOR OUR MONEY.
Would not recommend going there due to the money traps and no service for the customers affected customers affected by the miscommunication from the personnel.
Otherwise the waiters seem...
