Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at Shoko Club

My girlfriend and I attended the ElGrandeToto party at Shoko Club, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a venue. We had already purchased two non-refundable tickets, but the organization was a complete mess. The doors were supposed to open at 23:30, but the line was completely disorganized, with people pushing and shoving.

The security staff was unprofessional and rude, asking unnecessary and personal questions like where I was staying instead of managing the situation properly. It was clear they were trying to limit the number of people entering, even though many of us had already paid.

This entire experience was unacceptable. Shoko Club doesn’t respect its customers, and I wouldn’t recommend attending any event there, no matter how big the artist. They care more about controlling the crowd than providing a good experience for those who’ve paid. Don’t waste your time or...

PROS: The traditional dishes are great in price and taste and if you are not starving you can even share a plate.
