We just arrived in Barcelona this afternoon and needed a place to have lunch. We decided to eat here because we saw locals. When we see locals, the food should be affordable and good.
Pros The restaurant is only 5 minutes of walking from our hotel. Our hotel is 400 meters from Sagrada família. We were welcomed by a lady and arranged a table for 2 adults and 1 child. She is super nice and friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to eat inside because of the wind. They have economic food costs 12.90 euros for the entrance, main food, drink, dessert, and coffee. We had macaroni and Moroccan eggs. Both are tasty. Our main food was chicken curry and panados de frango and batata frita. Both are good. They also gave us 3 breads. The desserts are pudding and cheese cake. We loved it. Free toilet. They offer other menu besides the menu of the day, for example pizza, pasta, etc. We did not eat all the panados. The lady wrapped our panados frango inside the bread with the aluminum foil after seeing us wrapped it with tissue.
I recommend you this restaurant. Not a...

It’s a very simple dish and it’s a shame it’s still possible to let it go out of the kitchen like this.
The sauce was completely bland and thin. Tasted like somebody mixed milk and cream and just spilled it over the low quality tortellini. There was no ham at all…
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is that a complementary fresh bread and cheese was provided. I really know to appreciate that, but if the main dish fails like this, it’s not equalizing much.
@Owner.
Interesting response, as it seems you have since removed the dish from the menu even...
You are talking about a cream and thats not what I have received. Or do you think milk with pepper and maybe a grain of salt is a proper sauce? It has to be reduced, or thickened with flour/butter/cheese..
Get a grip,...
