we ordered mixed grill. it was worst seafood ever!! clams are not clean well. when I ate them I feel eat a soil. not a clams. and we waited grill but that was most worst part. inside robster had short 3 pieces hairs. When I saw that first piece, I try to take it off and to eat. but when I try to eat at that moment I saw that inside had 2 more pieces of hairs was tangled with robster skin. so we called server then he call his boss. That manager or boss said “That is not our fault” Do you think is that good attitude for the customer? inside food had a hair is not customers fault too. And then ask me “what do you want?" omg... that question make me really angry. if you serve food with hair pieces, how can you eat that food? I said, I just want to serve new robster. After that happend they serve a new robster but size was more small and all the workers not looking good way to us. I really don't recomend this restaurant. workers must be educated about service!! and chef or kitchen workers also needs to clean well the clams. everythingwas nice in barcelona but this restaurant was most worst memory in barcelona. no recomended.

모듬 그릴 시켰는데요, 처음 나온 홍합 빼고는 다음에 나온 맛조개, 모시조개는 해감 하나도 안 되서 모래를 먹는지, 조개를 먹는지 모를정도로 생애 이렇게 해감 안 된 조개는 처음 먹어봤습니다. 그래도 구운 해산물 기대하며 기분좋게 넘어가려했는데 하필 제일 비싼 랍스터에서 머리카락이 나온거예요. 처음 보인건 서빙하시는 분이 흘렸나보다하고 그냥 걷어내고 먹으려고 살을 발라내다보니 안에 랍스터 살과 머리카락이 막 뒤엉켜서 그걸 걷어내다보니 2가닥의 머리카락이 더 발견이 됐고 이건 정말 참고 먹을만한게 아니다 싶어 웨이터를 불렀습니다. 저희 서빙을 해주셨던 분께 설명을 드렸고 그분도 보시더니 얼굴이 일그러지며 충분히 그 상황을 이해하셨는데,문제는 매니저로 보이는 분이 오셔서 한다는 말이 그건 우리 잘못이 아니랍니다. 아니 그럼 우리 잘못입니까? 물었더니 수족관 깨끗한 물에서 건져 직접 쪄서 나오기때문에 머리카락이 나올리가 없답니다. 랍스터가 반으로 잘라나오니 요리사 분께서 자르다가 머리카락이 나올수도 있지 않겠냐했더니 그럴리없다며 계속 자기네 잘못이 아니라는 말만 되풀이 하더니 도대체 원하는게 뭐냐고 오히려 적반하장이더라구요. 당신같으면 머리카락이 한 피스도 아니고 이렇게 살이랑 뒤엉켜나왔는데 이걸 어떻게 먹냐고 다시 만들어달라고 해서 새로 나오긴 했는데 크기도 훨씬 작고, 음식 다 먹을때까지 직원들은 지나다니면서 계속 저희를 째려보더라구요. 불편해서 음식을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 제 돈내고 맛있게 음식 먹으러가서 왜 저런 음식을 받고 왜 저런 대접을 받고 나온건지 좀 짜증나더라구요. 여기 한국인들 많이 가는 레스토랑이던데, 서비스가 너무 나빠서 제 바르셀로나 여행 중 제일 기대했던 레스토랑인데 제일 오점으로 남았습니다. 물론 제가 운이 나빴던 거일 수도 있지만 블로그들도 찾아보니 조개 해감 안 된 경우가 많더라구요. 제친구는 또 맛있게 먹었다는걸 보면 정말 운인것 같아요. 음식점이 맛이 이렇게 오락가락하는건 좋은 음식점이라 보기 힘들 것 같아요. 이 가격이면 우리나라에서 신선한 해산물 먹을 수 있으니 굳이 뷰가 바다뷰도 아니고 새우도 비리비리한데 새우의 왕 이름값 못하는 이 곳을 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다~ 차라리 타파스 맛집, 빠에야 맛집에서 두 세끼 더 챙겨드세요. 정말...

We found this restaurant and were quite exited since it looked like a wonderful, traditional restaurant. Unfortunately we had an all around bad experience. The food and service was the worst we’ve experienced during our visit in Barcelona so far. The Patatas bravas were raw in part, the rest was soggy. The dish had clearly been standing for a while, the aoli was not fresh and looked dried up in part, moreover it was more similar to mayo in taste and texture. We were served the prawns next and were greeted with the nauseating smell. The prawns looked okay but they were far from fresh, they could have given us food poisoning. We tried to communicate our concerns with the waiter, he completely ignored our request and neither exchanged them for fresh ones nor took them away. Even requests for the bill were ignored until we walked up to the desk. We had spoken English throughout and the waiter was assigned to us for this reason, when we asked him go communicate with his boss on our behalf he told a completely different story and claimed we didn’t want to pay because we didn’t like the food, none of which was true. Thankfully our limited Spanish enabled us to spot and correct what has been said but the situation had already become so much more stressful than it should have been!

Overall we would not recommend this restaurant in terms of service or food. The only acceptable things we were served were the pimientos de padron...

I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant with my friends after the Barcelona marathon and wanted to share my experience. I was highly recommended to go there despite it is so tourist place in Barcelona.

While the food was undeniably delicious, the service left much to be desired. On the other hand, it is a bit pricey overall.

Let's start with the positives. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the paella (We have gotten it). It was cooked to perfection, with each bite bursting with flavor. The seafood was fresh, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the seasoning was just right. However, the same cannot be said for the service. From the moment we were seated, it felt like the waitstaff was rushing us through our meal. There was a distinct lack of attentiveness, and it seemed as though they were more concerned with turning over tables than ensuring a pleasant dining experience for their guests.

One particular incident stands out in my mind. My companion and I ordered the paella (2, we were 4 at the table), assuming we would each receive our own portion. However, when the dish arrived at our table, we were surprised to find that we had been served a single large portion to share. It was not made clear to us beforehand that this would be the case, and when we brought it up with our waitress, she seemed indifferent and unapologetic.
