We joined the takeaway queue in front of this pizzeria today at 9:30 PM. We were only able to place our order at 10:25 PM. After that, people who had joined the line after us started receiving their pizzas. Then, even people who arrived after them began to get their orders.

When I asked the staff member responsible for distributing the pizzas inside why this was happening, he simply raised his voice at me and very rudely told me to wait outside, claiming that this was not a fast food place. I had already been waiting for an hour and a half, and my complaint was not about the waiting time itself, but rather about the fact that many people who came after us were receiving their orders while we were still left waiting.

He was well aware of this, but since he had no valid explanation, he chose to raise his voice and dismiss the issue instead of resolving it. Even after that, people who arrived after us continued to receive their orders before us. We finally received our pizzas at 11:30 PM, and even then, our order was incorrect. The negligence, poor treatment, and disorganization we experienced throughout this process are deeply concerning, both in terms of customer satisfaction and the reputation of your establishment. I felt it was necessary to bring this situation to your attention. I sincerely hope you will evaluate the matter appropriately and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur again...

Greatest pizza I’ve had in a minute, Service was incredibly friendly, any free time they get, mostly outside of rush hour, they will try to make sure your needs are catered too, they will talk to you and try to befriend you, the hospitality goes above and beyond Verified by the AVPN and having had their pizzas several times already i can say that their quality and consistency is key to their success, every item you can get off the menu is prepared with care and with high quality ingredients, everything i have had has been delicious and become the highlight of my day Although location is far from the city itself it is worth the detour, mostly if you are trying to go to the beach to enjoy the local scenery and walk the alleys of barceloneta, which at the end of it if you go at the end of the day you can go and enjoy a couple drinks at the local clubs if not just enjoy a stroll along the beach I have been to the 3 locals of NAP in Barcelona and if I have to be honest, since they are trained by AVON, the quality of the pizza is very similar, however NAP Mar does come out on top every time and considering the ambience, and the service in this local I can say this one is the best by far

TLDR: Best pizza you will find in Barcelona if not maybe Spain, it is a must if you find yourself...

Pizzería Nap is one of those places that rarely disappoints. I usually order takeaway, and even with a line, pizzas are ready in about 10 minutes — fast, consistent, and always delicious. This time I decided to sit inside and enjoy the full experience, and overall it was great, with just a couple of small details worth noting.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. The only slight downside was that after the pizzas arrived, no one was immediately available when we needed olive oil, so I had to fetch it myself. Not a big deal, but it stood out given the otherwise great service.

We ordered the four-cheese pizza with tomato sauce, baked in their wood-fired oven — thin, light, and full of flavor. The only thing I missed was a stronger presence of gorgonzola, which usually makes this type of pizza pop a bit more. Still, the quality of the dough and ingredients was excellent.

The restaurant itself is cozy, comfortable, and very well located. Prices are fair for the quality, making it a solid choice for both locals and visitors. I forgot to take a photo this time — which only gives me a reason to come back soon and capture the moment properly.

In short: delicious wood-fired pizza, kind service, and a lovely setting. Definitely recommended, and...

Well, it is not the best idea to eat on saturday evening between 21:00-23:00 here. First we waited around 20 minutes to get a seat inside. Of course we could get a take away but where to eat is a problem afterwards if you dont want to go to the beach. After getting inside it took around 40 minutes to get 3 pizzas served. The pizzas are really good they are around 9-10€ and big portion with good ingredients. If you would like to go there you should go in non-rush hours. Probably because of the crowd stuff was also not really helping about the problems we had on seating and extras.

First of all the attention and the service was really nice. We ordered the eggplant with cheese as an entrance (amazing flavour), then we asked for the margarita and the vegetarian pizzas, both of them was really good but from my perspective the dough was too much thin, but as they suggest “you must eat it as soon arrives to your table” and that’s is a very good advice (well done)! Finally we asked for the tiramisu, it was good specially for the coffee and the cream flavour, but I think it could be better if it’s more creamy and less dry. Cheers
