2 stars because the gelato was good but no more because customer service was not good. Montse was not warm and welcoming to my mother and I at all. I just wanted to sample 4 flavors. Which last I checked was normal for ice cream sampling. She scoffed and said I was sampling too much after I asked for 3rd and 4th sample but still gave me the 3rd and fourth samples. I am completely fine with not sampling more but I did not see any signs posted and nor did she politely say you can only sample two. She was not warm...
