A delightful highlight for our trip. This is how fusion should be done!

We tried almost every Gyoza on the menu. The lamb, mushrooms, ribs, chicken, ham, sausage, and beef - All had great flavor combinations.

Our favorites were the Country Sausage with Japanese Aioli, Porccini Mushrooms, Iberian Ham with Gorongzola truffle, and the Tenderloin with foie gras.

If your one of those people that prefers to save the best bite for last so you can leave with the perfect taste in your mouth(iykyk), its the tenderloin with frai gras; as long as your not interested in desserts because if so, the Tiramisu is absolutely delicious - better than most I've had it Italy, but the real star of the dessert menu is the waffle wedge with nutella and cream. Simply dreamy. My wife and I felt like we were being transported to our youth. All I can say is wow!

Speaking of amazing, the entire staff is exactly that! We were welcomed and received excellent service. A special shout out to Jose'. He's definitely family now.

We stopped by Gyoza Bistro to try something different and left feeling like we had the best dining experience in Barcelona....

Visit to Gyoza Bistro in Barcelona was my first experience with gyozas influenced by Spanish cuisine, and what a delightful twist it was! As a long-time fan of gyozas, I was thrilled to encounter such an innovative fusion of Japanese and Spanish flavors. The gyozas here are both incredibly tasty and refreshingly unique.

For anyone who loves gyozas and finds themselves in Barcelona, Gyoza Bistro is a must-visit. In addition to the outstanding gyozas, the menu features a variety of other delectable dishes. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, Gyoza Bistro offers a unique gastronomic adventure that should...

Beautiful things to put in your mouth! We just went out for a stroll and this little place caught our eye. What good luck. Had some nice duck gyozas with some traditional Asian flavours. But, what set these apart was what the creamy sauce they were dressed in, lovely little twist. Then aubergine ones with miso and mirin flavours, just devine! Then the best of the lot the "ham and cheese sandwich" gyoza. Just wow! Do yourself a favour, go here, put this in your face, you can thank me later.

A must go in Barcelona! Unique concept, amazing flavours & awesome service. So glad we stumbled on this place when on the hunt for dinner and would be tempted to come all the way from Australia just for it again ;) We had Taco Ceviche (sea bass) for a starter & then Gyoza flavours of - Aubergine & Parmesan Lasagna, Carbonara with Tuna Sashimi, Iberian Ham + Gorgonzola (bikini) & a special Peking duck flavour. Recommend all of them!
