Extremely Disappointing Experience – Classist and Racist Treatment

Our group had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. From the moment we entered, we felt unwelcome. The staff’s attitude was condescending and outright classist, with a clear sense of prejudice toward our group as a minority.

We were called out for “making noise” when all we did was quietly hum a song among ourselves. Instead of addressing us respectfully, they handled the situation with unnecessary arrogance and disdain, making us feel humiliated.

This is not how any establishment should treat its guests, regardless of background. If you’re looking for a space that values respect, inclusivity, and hospitality, this is not the place. We left feeling insulted and unwelcome, and we wouldn’t recommend...

Update: Came back with my girlfriend, the bar was almost full but there was plenty of space in the back room. So we headed back there and sat. The waiter came and told us we cannot be there, that this was only for groups. So I asked him if we should leave the bar then. He said yes. There was some space at the entry of the bar, there was also a big group standing there. Instead of him telling us to move to an area with space for two he just told us to leave.

Absolutely classless, sorry you went from 6 stars to zero....

All good until my friends started to have a bit of fun, laughing out loud. I was sitting in front of them and didn't feel they were loud at all. They were just talking and laughing, nothing else. And the waiter came and asked them to be quiet, like what?? We have waited more than 30min to even be attended, but it was alright because we were not in a hurry. But what was that??? I never ever heard anything like it before. We never wanted to do anything weird, just normal people, having a drink, and not even being very loud. Never...
