McDonald's — Restaurant in Barcelona

More adequate training needed for staff at this McDonald’s to remind them it’s a child friendly restaurant. I’m sure Ronald McDonald himself would be ashamed of three of the staff members at this particular restaurant I ordered on the machine just a bottle of water and went to pay at the counter I asked if the could put 3oz of hot water from the coffee machine into my babies bottle (i can then add the cold water I was buying to make up her formula) all three women refused and said I had to purchase a cup of Tea in order to get hot water I asked for the manager they said he was busy. I purchased a tea which was a cup of hot water and a tea bag separate. After explaining to my husband outside he was just as frustrated as I was, he went back in to take pictures of the three staff members so we could forward a complaint that’s when the manager appeared asking my husband not to take pictures of his staff. thankfully we explained the situation and he refunded the tea. Surprisingly the service was really fast, even though it's in a busy location. The food was great, i rarely go to McDonald's but i think this one is considered to be on the better side in terms of serving (the burgers had proper amount of ingredients, the plate was clean...etc.) I had only 2 small issue, first one was that after i ordered from the kiosk i didn't receive any receipt, but luckily the serving lady was able to hand over my food after i showed her the transaction notification on my phone. The second one was that the drink i choose was not available and it was not displayed on the kiosk and they gave me just simply water instead, which i really don't mind at all, but it would have been nice to at least ask do i wish to drink instead. I was sitting outside on the terrace, and there was a table with some homeless people just sitting there not interupting anyone one of the employees came out with a smirk, being sarcastic with the homeless people asking if they wanted anything from the restaurant and telling them they have very cheap things for them to purchase. I really felt bad for these people. One most of the terrace had empty tables, so no need to chase them off. Two ok if that's your job to tell them to leave no need for smirking, acting like you enjoy telling them to leave and humiliate them with your comment we have cheap things to eat. I hope this employee never has to be homeless, walk the streets all day because they don't have a place to be, and just so tired you want to sit down in a chair and not on a cold...
