What a find! Mog Restaurant is a culinary treasure that doubles as a fantastic natural wine bar. This place excels in every aspect - food, drinks, service, music, and ambience.

The star of the show is undoubtedly the innovative menu. The kitchen crafts a delicious fusion of Goan and Asian flavors, all with a unique Spanish twist. Each dish is a perfect blend of cultures, creating an unforgettable taste experience.

As a natural wine bar, Mog offers an impressive selection of organic, biodynamic wines that perfectly complement their fusion cuisine. It's a haven for both food enthusiasts and natural wine lovers.

The service is impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring you feel welcome and comfortable throughout your visit. Special mention goes to Raul, who manages this gem with passion and expertise.

The carefully curated music adds to the overall experience, complementing the exquisite food and enhancing the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere.

The ambience is simply perfect - stylish yet cozy, making it ideal for both intimate dinners and social gatherings.

If you're looking for an extraordinary dining experience in Barcelona that combines innovative cuisine, natural wines, top-notch service, and great ambiance, Mog Restaurant is the place to be. Don't miss...

Mog is such a special place. This quaint, cozy establishment is the epitome of what excellent restaurants are made of- truly a gem.

When you walk into this rustic and warm establishment you are greeted by a faint delicious aroma and dimmed romantic lighting. The food was truly OUTSTANDING. Each dish seemed to tell a bountiful story through rich, eastern influenced flavor. The wait staff were also very kind and were superb at providing great recommendations for wine pairing with our meal. I was with 2 others dining and the amount of food we got, which was recommended by our waitstaff was perfect. Literally we laughing at each other closing our eyes and just savoring the food because it was so delicious- we were shook!

This is a place I hear so much through friends about and I really thought there was a chance they were just hyping it up. As a New Yorker, my standards for dining out are pretty high. But the outstanding meal you get for what you pay is one of the greatest deals I believe you get in Barcelona for a date night or a night out with family or friends, because I truly was left so satisfied with my food and my experience.

Definitely look forward to next time I’m back next so I can frequent this...

Had the great pleasure of stumbling into Mog on Carrer de Muntaneer 190 tonight!!! I was drawn in by the warm hues and chill atmosphere and I’m so happy I found this hidden gem! I was greeted warmly and introduced to Elyssa, their resident wine expert. They both made me feel so at home ❤️ they specialize in natural wines and every wine I tasted didn’t disappoint, Elyssa really knows her vinos! All three wines i tried were unique, natural and delicious. Unfortunately I had already eaten but when in Spain order the pan con tomate. To my great surprise it was a twist on Spanish pan con tomate! It was deconstructed and the tomato was almost like an Indian spicy chutney! I also had the great pleasure of sampling a bomba they want to add to the menu, the flavors danced in my mouth and the meat tasted like home cooked comfort food. Rachel l (the head chef) is brilliant and cooks with love. I can’t wait to go back in a few days and try everything on the menu. Will update with food descriptions! Thank you so much for turning my night into a very special one ❤️ can’t wait to come back! If you are in the neighborhood stop by and have a glass of wine or three and some food with these fantastic people, you...

Ended up making a booking at MOG based on proximity to our Hotel and some very persuasive Google reviews. Service was EXCELLENT! We were taken through the menu by the owner, who explained each dish and provided us with guidance on how much to order (three dishes for two people - shared) and which sides complemented each dish. He also mixed a great cocktail for me, which was similar to what I have back home, but with a flavouring of ginger added which added a really nice zing. My husband want a white wine, and once again we were guided by our amazing host, who let him sample a couple based on what he liked. Needless to say, the wine was a great match. As to the food, we ordered the chilli prawns - fat, juicy, cooked to perfection, with just enough chilli added to enhance the flavours without overpowering, the very tasty pan fried vegetables, nicely accompanied by a slightly sweet sauce and the Goan fish curry - fish was cooked to perfection with the red curry once again perfectly balanced to enhance flavour. The restaurant itself was attractive, very clean, with some good music playing, while still being able to hold a conversation. Overall - a five star experience, and well worth the effort of trying.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Barcelona! This was my first time trying Goan food and now I’m putting Goa on the top of my list of places I want to travel to next. The food was super flavorful and each dish had a nice fusion of other cuisines I love like Spanish cuisine and Thai. They also have natural wines. It’s so hard to choose my favorite dish but I really knew this place meant business when I tried the curry infused croquetas with beef. The outside was perfectly crunchy and it was so flavorful! A close second is the coconut fish stew and the dessert, Coco Brulle, which in my opinion better than crema Catalana. Not only was the food amazing but the owner and the service was fantastic! As an American, I find it hard to find good customer service compared to back at home but this place is an exception. The owner is super friendly and had a nice time talking to him about Indian cuisine and our shared passion for food!

We dine out often in Barcelona, and love Asian food. Located just a few blocks south of Av Diagonal, Mog offers a fusion of Thai, Vietnamese and Goan food. We started with the tomato salad which was fresh with a flavorful Thai dressing- yummy! Our table shared a variety of dishes: beef and basil, mussels, shrimp, and chicken lettuce wraps. All were delicious. The beef and basil is spicy, and this was my favorite, we had to reorder for the table. My daughter loved the chicken lettuce wraps, she even ordered an extra to go home. For dessert I loved the coconut flan… I could have licked the plate! I only wish we took more pics of the food, we literally were enjoying the food so much I forgot! I only have a pic of my mostly empty dessert bowl! I highly recommend this place. The food is fresh and the Asian flavors are intricate, you keep thinking about them when you are done.
