Well, this was a rollercoaster... The service was terrible. The waitress probably doesn't like or doesn't know (or both) how to talk to people respectfully. First she seated us to an unprepared table. She nervously prepared the table and slightly threw the plates in front of us. I was shocked. The she asked what do we want to eat. I was in the middle of saying something when she left our table. We had to call her back to tell what we want. After we finished the appetizer we were just sitting when the waitress arrived to ask us rudely after 15 minutes of ignoring us if we already decided what to eat next because the kitchen is closing at 3:30 PM. We didn't know about this and this information is nowhere to be found. The food was however awesome. I had spaghetti carbonara with white wine. Highly recommend these! The waitress didn't tell me what kind of wine she poured into my glass tho. Overall I cannot give this place more than 3 stars. The atmosphere was just bad and the only good thing...

We were a bit hesitant at first when we saw the 3,5 star review, and a bit limited menu but the restaurant is truly a gem! Despite there were available tables, the maitre de maison suggested to take us in after 15 minutes and we agreed to this. I think they have a small kitchen and when the restaurant is full, it hinders the service. We tried various dishes (salmon, entrecote, cod with ratatouille, bravos etc) at lunch and all of them were excellent. The service was great, the waitress seem not to speak English well, but she does understand and communicates well if you are a bit patient. Nice ambiance as well and...

Totálny disrešpekt voči zákazníkom! Úplne hrubé, nepriateľské až pohoršujúce správanie obsluhy, najmä staršej pani, ktorá naschvál na nás hovorila aj po niekoľkom upozornení po španielsky, pričom po anglicky vedela, nevysvetlila nám nič ohľadom jedál a keď nám predstierala doslova nám pred nás hodila taniere na stôl. Vrchol. Mali sme sto chutí odísť!

Keď sme si objednávali počas toho odišla tak som ju musel ohlásiť, pani počkajte ešte si objednávame. No otras 🤯. Takéto správanie sme ešte v žiadnom podniku nezažili. Pričom sme dali jasne najavo, že si chceme objednať jedlo a nehodláme len piť nápoje (teda, že tam chceme, nechať vyšší obnos peňazí).

Pričom sme prišli okolo 15:00 a otváraciu dobu majú do 18:00 a keď nám doniesla víno povedala, že či sme si už vybrali jedlo lebo kuchyňa zatvára o 15:30. Čože??!. Toto bol ďalší šok.

Dali sme si Špagety Carbonara a Grilovanú zeleninu Escalivada. Špagety super veľmi dobré. Ale tá zelenina bola pekne povedané zlá, iba zhluk cibule, artičoku a pripálenej papriky. Na pitie sme si dali naozaj veľmi dobré pivko Turia a biele lievané víno o ktorom nám nepovedala nič ani len jeho názov, bolo však tiež veľmi dobré a lahodné

Naozaj veľmi zlý zážitok a neodporúčame sem ísť pokiaľ si nechcete nechať pokaziť deň. Za tie dobré špagety a nápoje to nestojí. Ibaže by ste vyslovene nešli za tou staršou pani aby vás...
