Jardins de Joan Brossa — Attraction in Barcelona

İt is very Peaceful and relaxing to walk arround the park, beautifully maintained gardens with a large selection of different plants. İf you take the bus no: 150 from Placa de Espanya it will take you all the way up to the top and you can walk down and enjoy the view and the park itself. The park seems somewhat wild, with few spaces that have formal garden. The children's play areas are scattered around the park, and my son in particular enjoyed the musical jump on "cushions". It can be accessed with bus number 55 from Catalunya square. Single bus ticket aviable from the bus driver costs 2.20 euro. We went on a very hot day, you will find shade under the trees, a little shop with nuts and sandwich and people selling cold water. Hardly any maps of the area so take a picture in underground passageway or use mine. We took cable cart up (7,50 one way and I believe 12 for a return) walked back down after having visited the castle. Castle acces is 5 euro. Then we took subway back to centre.
