Restaurant Italià Rossini — Restaurant in Barcelona

Wow. Funny thing about this place. I found it after doing some research—looking at reviews, checking photos, etc. Even though it was my first time in Barcelona, I was randomly craving Italian food. So we booked a reservation and got seated immediately—didn’t even need one, honestly.

I ordered an espresso martini, and she got a pornstar martini. I took a sip of hers and it was out of this world. Had to get one for myself right after.

For food, I ordered the pepperoni pizza and she got the seafood risotto. When it came out, it looked amazing—like something off a cooking show. I asked if I could try a bite, and I swear it was the most flavorful thing I’ve had in a long time. I kept asking for more bites, and she was sweet enough to basically share the whole thing… along with the pizza.

We went about our night, but I couldn’t stop thinking about that dish. So I subtly convinced my girlfriend to go back the next day. It worked.

This time, we sat inside and there was a gentleman playing the piano—he set the whole vibe. It was busier (Saturday night), but we still ordered the exact same thing: seafood risottos and pornstar martinis. I think I levitated after the first bite.

They charge you 10% extra without telling you when they seat you on the terrace. It is also hidden written on the menu but still a scamming tactic. The food was good though. Edit regarding the answer: First of all trying to prove your point with an online menu that is obviously not shown in the restaurant itself does not work. Just like the link which also does not even work after all. Besides as you point out the 10% extra charge is mentioned on the bottom next to the name of the restaurant and other stuff no normal custumer reads when deciding what to eat. It is not a nice expirience when you constantly have to scan the whole menu just to make sure noone tries to trick you. Besides the 10% extra charge is also only mentioned in spanish, I guess to make it harder for tourists to notice. If you wanted to be fair, you would have mentioned the extra charge when leading us to a table outside or you would have another menu for outside. Your cheap excuse now makes matters even worse as you seemingly still think your scamming tactic would be a fair and acceptable...

A few days ago I was sitting at your restaurant with two other friends. The atmosphere is good and the music is lovely. . . We ordered for about 75 €. I ordered and paid 25 € for 2 taps and two glasses of drink + 10% seating on the terrace (by the way, the three of us were surprised by the charge for the seating and probably if everyone complains, there is something unclear in your charges). The tapas portion of the fried squid made me feel unwell and I have been having stomach aches and diarrhea for three days now! My friend who ordered the same dish also do not feel well, and he even did not finish the dish like me and noted that something was wrong and apparently it is not fresh material as you claim in other comments here. Rare are the cases where I feel unwell from food! People always said i have an iron stomach. You managed to overthrow me to my Knees!
