My wife and I, visited this place back in 2015. We discovered it by chance and after wandering in Barri Gotic. We didn't read any review or consulted any tour guide. So as "tourists" we lowered our expectations. But we were wrong! The overall experience was so surprisingly good!!! The food was excellent. Fresh vegetables and wellcooked dishes. I can still remember those wonderfull patatas bravas (and it was just potatoes!!) and chicken wings. The prices were fair enough. Special thanks to the waiter who was so friendly and happy to explain the menu and made us feel as real locals. I'm really sorry i didn't ask his name to mention him, hope you're still there ! Palosanto is definetly the best tapas bar in the city and I'll visit it again whenever i'll be in town again.

P.p.s My husband has...
Read moreWe are here two nights in a row on a family weekend away. The servers were so lovely and helpful. Our Spanish isn't great but they tried their best to help us. The menu was accessible and the server helped us pick out several tapas dishes. We loved it so much we went back the following night. Don't bother with the queues for other places. This place is superb, with a relaxed warm atmosphere and the food was DELICIOUS. Our compliments to the chefs and servers. You made our stay in Barcelona all the more...
