An unbelievable discrimination occurred in this restaurant today. My mother of whom is visiting asked for an English Menu, so we were both given menu's in English even though I speak Spanish perfectly of which isn't a problem at all... We ordered from the options we had to choose from and the food came. The problem came when my girlfriend joined us and asked for a menu in Spanish! ..... Her Spanish version came with a Menu of the day... A much better value for money deal! I called the waiter up on this asking why we were not offered the same deal as my girlfriend and this was his answer.... " You asked for an English menu and if you asked for a Spanish one, you would have got the deal". Just so you know... I asked for complaints form of which they are obligated to have available so I could register this insane rule of theirs and in response they discounted 9€ from our bill to keep the peace. This is so crazy for me to comprehend and the waiter saw no problem with this situation. This is a con for foreigners , so you better speak Spanish if you want to get fresh food and a good deal... If not, then it becomes dry meats and expensive. 0 * if it was an option!

Una discriminación increíble ocurrió en este restaurante hoy. Mi madre, de la cual está de visita, pidió un menú en inglés, por lo que a ambos nos dieron los dos el menú en inglés, aunque yo hablo perfectamente en español.... Esto no era la problema ... Ordenamos de las opciones que teníamos para elegir y viene la comida ¡El problema vino cuando mi novia se unió a nosotros y pidió un menú en español! ..... Su versión en español vino con un menú del día ... ¡Una mejor relación calidad-precio! Llamé al camarero y le pregunté por qué no nos ofrecieron el mismo trato que a mi novia y esta fue su respuesta ... "Pediste un menú en inglés y si pedías uno en español, habrías obtenido el trato. ". Solo para que sepan ... Pedí un formulario de quejas que están obligados a tener disponibles para poder registrar esta insana regla de ellos y en respuesta descontaron 9 € de nuestra factura para mantener la paz. Esto es una locura para mí comprender y el camarero no vio ningún problema con esta situación. Esta es una estafa para extranjeros, por lo que es mejor hablar español si desea obtener alimentos frescos y una buena oferta ... Si no, entonces se convierte en carnes secas y bastante más caro! . 0 * si...

We happened across this place by chance, as we were looking for a drink after a long day sight-seeing. We had another restaurant in mind for our evening meal but were so impressed by the menu, and happy with our table on the terrace in George Orwell Square, we ordered starters and mains. Besides forgetting one of our three main courses, as everything arrived together, the most bizarre part of the evening was our waiter's female colleague refusing me entry to the restaurant to use the gents' toilet, not once but twice. She tried to point me to a neighbouring bar, as it was a terrace of shared tables, although my wife had just been to the ladies' and had given me directions. At the second attempt, I took a menu from the table in an effort to prove I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, but still no luck. It took me to ask the waiter to accompany me to the door to get in, but no apology. Ironically, there's a 10 per cent extra charge for eating on the terrace. It was good food and value - but such a shame that woman is the abiding memory of the visit, reducing the rating to four stars, as well as making us think twice about ever...

Its was "so worst " to be in your restaurant today, We been ignored with the new guy or a new waiter man you have,the thin black hair with the long beard,,he is so friendly to others except me and my bf,we come, first but he dont even ask us what we gonna ordered,we wait for 30 minutes already and he ignored us instead he all intertain the different 3 or 4 customer just come so i told him, we must leave and pay the 2 beers we got, that we ordered to the new lady waiter, he said its ok!we been there many times ,which we always recomend your restaurant,since my friends ,who live upstair the building recomend it,long time ago ! So me and my boy friend is very very angry to leave your restaurant and we never never come back or recomend your restaurant again! Anyway im a residence here and...
