Lack of customer service from bartender and possibly owner who was very rude and offensive when I returned the tinto de verano and asked for a different drink and he wouldn’t oblige because my daughter was ok with hers, only because she didn’t want to offend the bartender and return it too. When I asked him to cancel our food order and give me the bill for the three drinks he cursed at me in front of my husband and daughters by saying “me estas jodiendo?” I was surprised and shocked how he had the audacity to speak to a paying customer like that in front of other customers, no respect for a woman either. I wasn’t even sure I heard him right and he repeated it again. The bartender had a mustache and bun, not sure if he was the manager but definitely steer away from rude and disrespectful bartender and hopefully they make a better tinto de verano going forward. Location: Honestly, it was my first day, I hadn't slept on my overnight flight and I immediately took off to explore after getting to my flat SO... I'm going to say the Gothic quarter. Maybe El Born.

The place: I sat outside so can't comment on the interior.

The goods: Basic menu with sandwiches and a few other things. I had a sandwich with home-made sausage and roasted peppers. It was very good! The only thing is that there was a shortage of sausage between the slices of that fresh, tasty bread. I also ordered potatoes that were served the 'traditional' way, that is, cut into small pieces and baked in the oven. I'm told many places deep fry, though. Anyway, they were delicious! To end my meal, I had a Cortado, which, surprisingly, was awesome.

Worst costumer service ever! They don't divide bills,ok. The problem is that info is just written in hide small tiny piece of papers, impossible to see. Waiters should communicate that, and when I just advise them as a suggestion the cashier almost beat my face. He answered in an extremely rude way, screaming and disrespectfully. I felt like doing a favour but in reality I was just wanting to give money in the same way, they need costumers but don't behave as such.
