We ordered some veggies to start and it was Napa cabbage cut up finely and cooked in some oil, garlic, and salt. You could definitely taste the garlic, but was not overbearing. The dish was a bit salty in our opinion. We ordered a little rice noodle dish with shrimp. It was good, but a bit bland. It went well with the Napa cabbage. It helped minimize the salt from that dish. Lastly, we ordered a seafood hot pot dish which was pretty good. My father speaks Spanish on a native level, but I much less so. This was no concern for the young man and he happily jumped between both languages.
