Food was good but the employees are awful and act like you are asking for to much. There was a girl with short brown hair with glasses working today around 4pm. And there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and we said “excuse me there’s no toilet paper” and she rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t replace the toilet cause they are too busy when there was just two customers ahead of us. At this time, it was two people working, which means she could have gotten the toilet paper because there was previously only one girl working. The blonde employee had an attitude towards her customers and was licking the utensils facing the sink and making herself a drink while we were waiting to order. As an owner, I would check the cameras of your employees and listen. I don’t want to come back due to them even though the açaí was good. It’s a shame. I bought a smoothie here because I was feeling under the weather and wanted something fresh, acidic and nutritious. I was sorely disappointed. This açai is a cloyingly sweet, overpriced sugar bomb. The sugar removed the freshness, acidity and probably cancelled out the nutrition.

The amount of sugar ultimately made me feel ill instead of lifting my spirits. I went on their website and found that it's 10% added refined sugar. They advertise that it's vegan and GF like they're healthy but they turn it into junk food. That's gross...

In the beginning it was great place with generous portions but very expensive for what it is. Right now the quantity of extras you choose into your açaí is low, still same high price +10€ per bowl, you can have a greater breakfast in other places or other location. If you charge people that price, pleas le be generous with what you put inside. Fruits are green, not tasty as expected. Cmon guys, you can do it better!
