Five Guys Burgers and Fries Sagrada Familia — Restaurant in Barcelona

Do not visit or shop in any of the tourist areas of Barcelona or Spain. Spain promotes pick pockets in their country. My expensive bag was stolen in this store while I was on vacation. A Spanish person came in acting like a fellow customer eating next to me and used a tool to slip under the table and grab my bag. Once I realized it was gone the staff of 5 guys was useless. They didn’t call the police, the didn’t check the security footage, and the said i had to go to the police station and not call them because pickpocketing is common in that area. I guess their logic is “if pickpocketing is common than it is the victims fault if your items are stolen. If your bag or wallet is stolen they will not help, they will act like it’s your fault for not protecting your bag like a military operation. Spain will not help if you have something stolen they will tell you not to call the police and go to the police station. They are supporting pock pockets by doing this, probably a sneaky way to boost their economy from tourists. The 5 guys in America and other countries are better. Do not shop in tourists areas in Spain. Try to only go on tours with guides to stay safe in that country. Or better yet choose a country to travel to that protects...

American awful, apparently at it’s best 🤷🏻‍♂️ if this is good, I cannot see why! I had never even heard of the place before, so I thought I’d give it a go. Terrible value by any stretch of the imagination, small burger and shake, meat tasteless, tiny serve of chips lacking crispness, plastic cheese is a total fail just horrible! Anyone who thinks this is good cheese needs to try real cheese🤦🏻‍♂️ Made me realise just how good “very average” things are in Australia.

The base of the burger is bad so no amount of great add ons could help enough to compensate.

It’s kind of obvious it was going to be bad when all over the walls are articles trying to convince you it’s great when in reality great things don’t need to scream about it they are just great and speak for themselves. Furthermore: Difficult to find and access toilets upstairs, locked with a code 🙄 all while your food is going cold! Never again! Perhaps a display for the orders that become ready while you are in the toilet would be helpful🤦🏻‍♂️ I couldn’t...

I liked the audacity of their self promotion, something along the lines if you are in a hurry and you want it now, there is plenty of other establishments near by which do this." its burgers are the best ever a friend of mine tasted, for me it's chips were and the drinks like coca cola come from a dispenser, I normally set my expectations fairly low on these due to my previous experiences in burger King who do this.. the two cannot be compared, 5 guys must use a much higher quality machine along with a better coca cola recipe and the has which is added.

service is very good as well, always enthusiastic to help and give you the good with a nice vibe, wish I remembered to take a name.
