Restaurante Aribau 3 — Restaurant in Barcelona

A horrendous experience here tonight. My friends and I ordered two plates of wings, and a burger and fries each. We each got about half way through the wings before realizing they were pink, bloody and raw in the middle. We called the manager over and he took them away. A few minutes later he returned with the same wings which had clearly just been reheated. Sadly, they weren't heated to the correct temperature as some of them were still raw in the middle. Shortly after, two of the 3 ordered burgers arrived. Both of them were raw in the middle, not undercooked but raw and cold. We called the manager over again and through broken English he explained there was nothing wrong with them. We asked if he could please put them back on the grill. They were returned to us shortly after. Mine was missing the chips that were on the plate when I originally returned it. We both cut into the middle of the burgers and again, they were raw and cold (see the attached pictures). Incidentally, the third burger still hadn't made an appearance. We said we would leave and would just settle the bill. He then brought over the bill which contained all the items. We explained we were happy to pay for the drinks and one plate of wings but not the rest. He threatened to call the police if we didn't pay and became very aggressive. After some time, he relented and charged us only for what we ate. In the meantime, we're now all hoping we don't wake up tomorrow and have to spend the last day of our holiday on the toilet! Avoid this place...

We had dinner at Aribau 3. Place doesnt look like much from the outside, but the food is actually pretty good and fresh! Prices are also more than OK. We had a stake that was delicious! french frites are very good, but we got very few on our plates. The only thing that was disturbing was the unfreandly staff. Litteraly didnt see them smiling once. (until a vendor comes by, and all of the sudden they can smile and laugh. But not to the customers?). If you dont like to smile, dont work in a restaurant! If you dont like your job, quit! But, and because waitress come and go, I give the food 5 stars. I still...

I was not happy while visiting this place. The interior was interesting but nothing special. Food was very basic and for the price it could have been better. But the paella itself was great. The worst was definitely the service here. We waited over 10 minutes before even ordering, the waiter forgot about our order and wasn't acting professional at all. We ordered two dishes at the same time and one arrived 15 minutes before the second one. I already ate everything so my sister had to eat alone. I wouldn't recommend eating in this place. You can find much better and even cheaper restaurants...
