TACOS LOCOS — Restaurant in Barcelona

We were really excited to try this place after checking the rating, but our experience was a total letdown.

Upon arriving, we had to wait 2-3 minutes just to find someone to help us, so we decided to seat ourselves and wait. After that, we waited about 45 minutes for 6 tacos to arrive—way too long for what we got.

The tacos themselves were rubbish. While they had a lot of meat, the flavor was practically nonexistent, and there was barely anything else in them. The chicken tacos were the worst, filled with bits of bone that made them unpleasant to eat. To top it off, these tacos were dripping so much liquid that it felt like they were wetter than I was after leaving the beach. Eating them was a mess.

As we went up to pay, another customer stopped us to ask about our experience. They were there for the same reason—great reviews—but like us, they were seriously disappointed.

€18 for 6 tacos felt steep, especially given how bad the quality was. We came in with high hopes, but left feeling totally dissatisfied....

Came to restaurant due to the ratings. But came at 4:30pm on a Sunday and they were out of chicken. I don’t eat beef or pork so that left my options limited. I only seen server when I arrived and when my food came out and it was not busy, at all. I was indoor and one table outdoor. And I was wanting to order and question missing ingredients from the dish I did order. I did enjoy the Paloma. But I would say call ahead to see if they have what you want, as menu in photos is accurate...

After a horrible experience at nother restaurant, we stumbled across tacos locos. While tacos locos may look like any other restaurant, its service and food set it apart. We started with pollo nachos which were amazing. Then we each had pollo tingas which were equally amazing. The chicken and guacamole were fresh and so good. Not spicy but still really good.
