This was not a hut, I was very disappointed I wanted a hut. There is an upsetting lack of huts in this city. I have no clue where the barcelonians do their hut related activities, such as carving, nailing, filing, and other hut related activities. I hope that when I come back i see more huts, because I saw none this time, no huts, not even a little one. I don't know why they call it telepizza if there are no huts, they should call it pizza hut, those liars never have huts.

NO ES PIZZA HUT Anuncian en muchos sitios que es pizza hut y es un telepizza. Comida muy mala Servicio : gente incompetente y no digo nada más pq no me gusta faltar el respeto a nadie. Local : sucio y nada acogedor La pizza borde de queso ni se os ocurra, no note nada de queso y el borde malisimo, tienen cosas que no están capacitados para hacer. (por favor ir al DOMINO'S PIZZA) Pan de ajo : me lo pusieron para llevar y estaba comiendo en el local (esto no pasa nada) pero olía muy mal y muy fuerte (por favor ir al Domino's pizza) La otra pizza de steak house, calidad muy baja Come y bebe : no tienen máquina de rellenar bebidas (lamentable) Los vasos valen 5 céntimos cada uno Si queréis comer pizzas de calidad, y complementos de calidad y come y bebe en condiciones ir al Domino's pizza. Esta tienda es un engaño y no están preparados para servir ni dar de comer. No entiendo como aún está abierto este local. Entiendo que es un sitio turístico y se mantienen por el turismo. En una de las fotos se ve em suelo brillante pq estaba todo el suelo lleno de bebida, no una parte, TODO El SUELO ENGANCHOSO DE Bebida. El pobre hombre de la foto. Estuvo esperando el pedido para llevar media hora pq se lo dieron 3 veces mal. Estaba desesperado, más el tiempo que haría el pedido desde su casa..

Si pudiese poner 0 estrellas hoy les tocaba el gordo. Me traen el pedido una hora más tarde de lo acordado tras llamar tres veces al establecimiento. El chico que me atiende me dice que el pedido está casi al llegar las dos veces, que lleva 18 min en reparto, estando a menos de 2km y pico del domicilio. ¿A ti te ha llegado? Porque a mi no. Supuestamente el repartidor ha llegado a domicilio y ha llamado por tlfn, pero que no contestan, ¿A quien ha llamado el repartidor fantasma? porque a mi no x2. Tras llamar una última vez me dicen que el pedido está allí en el local y que me lo envían directamente, ahí si cumplen su palabra, en menos de 10 min ha llegado. Obviamente, la pizza fría y con una GRAN pinta, adjunto fotos. Seguro que algunos de los trabajadores no tienen culpa de todo esto y ha sido por la afluencia de pedidos pero… si no está el pedido hecho, o va tarde que menos que avisar. Vaya… La pizza con queso la próxima que la saquen antes del horno si no es mucho pedir.

DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM! We ordered through glovo 3 pizzas and after 2 hours they did not arrive. We reached out (4 times) to the telephone number here in Google (which is not the number of the establishment but it is that of a switchboard) and an operator told us to reach out to the establishment directly. The proceeded to give us this number but it was exactly the number of the switchboard. When confronted with this inconsistency all operators we talked to gave different answers: talk to glovo (which just said to call the establishment by the way), search on google, search on the telepizza website. We had made an order of two pizzas with an arrival time of 40 minutes - sounds good right - 40 minutes later the Pizza’s aren’t here. Another 20 minutes go by still no Pizza’s. Gives just eat a live chat - the pizza’s were delivered. “Are you sure about that” Apparently they even spoke with the receptionist and asked for our room. Alright then let me check with the receptionist. No one even attempted to get in the hotel let alone ask the receptionist. Recommendation for anyone after a Pizza delivery in Barcelona avoid this place...
