High expectations, big disappointment. We booked a couple massage, and the room was cosy and clean. The therapists started without asking any questions, which for me turned into a soft massage, not even bothering to find knots. My wife asked for a slightly stronger massage, which came at an extra charge of 5 EUR. My therapist apparently already applied her maximum strength. When the boring massage finally finished, both therapists didn't bother to ask if it was satisfactory. At the exit, an old Spanish guy made sure we BOTH paid 5 EUR extra. That amount doesn't matter, but his argument that was because we are tall ... Having lived in Asia and visited many massage parlours all over the world, this one certainly ranks amongst the worst. Terrible experience with this place, I tried to book online and was advised to go directly to the shop as couldn't get the time I wanted online. I went to the ship and they had space, I was asked for the money upfront and found that the shop prices were higher than online. I explained that I had tried to book online but been advised by them on live chat just to go to shop. I was happy to pay the price that I wanted to reserve but they were not interested. Told me if I wanted online price to book online.... Very rude and unprofessional. They told me it was my problem for not booking online. Real shame as if they had spoken to me nicely I would have...
