Awful is not even the word for the experience we had in Hookaai. The place itself its amazing looking but I was surprised with the service that was provided to us. We reserved a table via WhatsApp for 7:30PM. When we got there they said we are giving you a “special” table, and the the place was empty. However they said it is reserved till 11 which meant there shouldn’t be a problem sitting on that table. However, someone else said the booking has been to changed for 10PM. Then, we were told at 9:30PM that we have to move to a smaller table because there is a booking. We were absolutely shocked with the behaviour. We said to the staff we were reserved too, and we shouldn’t be treated like that.

Then he called the manager. Which is called ALBERT, he said “I heard you complained”, he was acting like he did a favour on us. He literally said “we did you a favour by giving you that table”. We paid 115€ for our food and Shisha, and they were acting like we were sat there for free. We ignored the behaviour and we said we are going. Then I was trying to make a conversation with someone that spoke our language which is Urdu, he was being nice and the security guard at the door he was trying to make the fun out of our language. I would not recommend anyone to go to that place ever. It is a shame that a place like that has a selfish staff. I hope the owner of the place does...

It was an amazing night! We danced, aet the best food, watched the live shows! And listened quality music. With full of live music, shows. The food was so delicious! The plates were big portion served. The live music was mostly from spain usa hit songs. There were DJ show in the between. I think it is spectacular place to be at. The bottle service was also real quick. I have never been in a place in Barcelona where people are so classy, beautiful people. Man and women all were like choosen to be around. I will be back very soon....

THE BEST place to be at in BARCELONA city. Near to the beach 🏝 side! Almost middle of the best nightlife location. Exclusive stuff services, the world best kitchens top foods. Great music and people. I think I’ve never been at such a great place beside DUBAİ. Just luxry experience , prices are way too fair!! Absolutely everyone should visit at least once in their life. Bottle services and very selective luxry bottles! Exclusive line...
