Tonkotsu — Restaurant in Barcelona

We came here late afternoon for a late lunch as we arrived in Barcelona. The restaurant was not busy at all around 1600-1700. The ambiance was very fitting for this particular restaurant. Low lighting and music was chill for the atmosphere. I ordered the ramen tan tan men, which consisted of minced pork in a spicy broth. There was not much to the dish except the minced pork, green onions, and the noodles. If you would like to add additional toppings to your ramen it is an additional cost. You have options like mushrooms, soft boiled egg, char siu, and some other items, but not much. The ramen was a bit over priced, but I have to say the food was quite flavorful. It did have a bit of spice to my dish, with addition to some garlic and ginger for flavoring. I would recommend this place to others if you are willing to spend the money. But also, the restaurant is in a neighborhood where there are luxury shopping stores right around the corner! The service was so, so. I was not expecting much. Today, I went there with one friend, the experience really sucks. We ordered two ramen, a couple of toppings, one sparkling water and one tea, the bill is 37 euros. It’s really a rip-off. Only a simple ramen without anything is 11 euros??????? And the broth is so freaking salty. Although they changed it for me, but I put spring onions, sesames gingers and the seaweed I ordered in it already, but they just replaced it with a simple ramen without anything in it. The broth is already so salty, but the toppings like minced pork and pork belly are also salty, especially the minced pork. How are we able to eat food like that with so much salt in it? I strong suggest they change the chef!!!! And their price is so not reasonable. We both think this is the first and last time to come here. A total failed experience!...

Before we order the jasmine tea, we have check with the staff if it's refillable and the staff was mentioned its refillable. We have ordered total 4 teas and when we want to refill. The staff was mentioned that we are only allowed to refill 6 times for whole table. So it's mean one tea pot we ordered it's only can refill for 1 time??!

If its only allowed to refilled for 6 times for 1 table, they should informed us when we checked with them. This is unreasonable and non sense

And we have 9 peoples here and all of us was order food. But we are not allowed to refill the water and we haven't refill 6 times of water

I will definitely not recommended anyone come to...
