This is gonna be one of my longest written reviews as the place deserves it:

Food:

We had for starter: Yuzu lemonade - super fresh, not bitter at all, not sweet, really delicious choice and really refreshing the seasonal Caneloni - Mind-blowing, the texture, smoothness and the seasonal mushrooms they chose are perfect here. One thing I'd change would be the way the nuts were prepared, maybe caramelised or flambeaux would work better as they were quite hard in our case.

Main: Creamy Mushroom Ramen + Crunchy chicken skin (tofu skin) - Solid choice, can't go wrong with this , mushrooms are really nice and crunchy and they don't get soggy Tantanmen Ramen - Really good, but I would recommend maybe adding tofu or Seitan here when you order if possible, as the soya was a bit too small for my taste. Katsu seitan (I ordered this after as I was still hungry) - Great choice, super crunchy, spongy yet solid, and the sauces on the side plus the dehydrated olive bits on top add nice depth to the dish

Cheesecake - Really smooth bites here, really solid choice, The base tastes like Lotus cookie which is a great choice. The berries were really tasty. I'd like to see them add a sprinkle of coffee or cinnamon on top.

Service: From the beginning all the reservations are made feel just a little bit special as you are guided personally to your table

Once you are seated the staff will provide you with the menus and give you a quick rundown of what's "hot", great recommendations all around, really solid service here.

While it was busy, they still managed to get everything in a timely manner and even allocate for extra requests such as spicy sauce or adding the Katsu after we had already made our order.

Atmosphere:

The restaurant looks great, all around wood finishes and really cozy vibe, seating a lot of people but not feeling overcrowded, really...

A Culinary Masterpiece That Will Wow Everyone!I have to rave (again) about this incredible vegan ramen spot. I took a group of my friends—all of them dedicated meat-eaterers. I can honestly say, we were absolutely blown away: one of the best ramen experiences we've ever had.The secret is clearly in the handmade quality of everything. You can taste the care and passion in every single spoonful. The ramen broth was rich, complex, and full of umami flavor, proving that you don't need meat to create something truly spectacular. The noodles were perfect, and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We also tried a few of their other dishes, and each one was a work of art. The space is incredibly cute, every detail feels intentional and carefully curated , and you can feel the love that went into creating this place. If you're a vegan, this place is a must-visit. And if you're a non-vegan looking for a genuinely fantastic dining experience that will completely challenge your perceptions, you have to go here. It's a true gem! P.s. the positiveness is shared by the...

Was only one true GF dish on the menu and it was the very delicious ramen. They had special celiac friendly noodles that weren’t just your average rice noodle substitute…they were legit ramen style and had the best texture in flavor. The creamy miso broth with the tofu and nori, plus (and I don’t know what sorcery they did to make them so good) the shiitake mushrooms that were perfectly chewy, in the right morsels, and with slightly crispy edges, was amazing. I paid a bit extra and had them add some edamame for a pop of green. Ended with the lime mochi and it was nicely thawed so the creamy center was peak dessert heaven. Server was super nice too. She double checked on a few things and didn’t make me feel like a burden. We also bonded over loving Shakira (she was singing along to the radio which was playing Shakira’s La Tortura with Alejandro Sanz)…made for a very...

Have been following Umami Plant Based on insta for quite a while and was really excited to try it. It did not disappoint. We shared the wontons which were delicious. The waitress also recommended the bao bun which was sooo flavourful. Absolutely unreal. I had the mushroom ramen which was perfect and the Albariño wine was lovely. The service was spot on. The only 1 criticism is they charged 1 euro for spicy oil (which really wasn't spicy) and I believe also soy sauce etc...which I think is a bit cheeky tbh considering it's generally not cheap. I don't mind paying a bit more for a great meal and amazing service but getting charged for condiments is kindof taking the piss a bit. Regardless I will definitely be back there soon. 10/10
