I'm a coffee lover and I make myself a chemex every morning. The only reason I don't give the fifth star is because the method of extraction used to filter the coffee was not appropriate. When filtering with the chemex one should wait for each water pouring to go fully through, otherwise the resulting coffee becomes acidic. Jirgacheff grains usually yield a berry tasting brew if worked correctly, this was not the case.

They have a really small sign about 9 feet off the ground on the side of a building at the entrance to what appears to be a little used (i.e. not a lot of residential or commercial traffic) side “street.” The sign says “GOOD COFFEE THIS WAY” … at least what I remember, and it is the most simple and accurate advertising in the world.
