First things first, let's talk about the ambiance. The place exuded a nice, casual vibe that instantly made me feel at ease. Now, let's get to the star of the show—the noodles!

The noodles at this establishment were nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. While I must confess that they may not quite reach the level of those found in Tokyo, they definitely held their own in the realm of noodles outside of Japan. The craftsmanship put into each dish was evident, and the flavors were truly remarkable.

Now, let's talk about the gyoza. Unfortunately, I must admit that it didn't quite meet my expectations. The gyozag was a bit on the dry side, and the dough lacked the texture and flavor that I had anticipated. It was a small disappointment amidst an otherwise delightful culinary experience.

I opted for their signature dish, the Udon noodles, and oh boy, it did not disappoint. The Udon was prepared with finesse, resulting in a bowlful of goodness that was both satisfying and bursting with flavors. The noodles themselves were expertly cooked, striking the perfect balance between chewiness and tenderness.

In addition to the Udon, I also indulged in their pad Thai noodles. Let me tell you, it was a taste sensation! The flavors were rich and vibrant, and each bite was a harmonious blend of sweet, savory, and tangy notes. I must mention that the noodles were a tad sticky, but if you enjoy that texture, you're in for a treat.

All in all, my dining experience left me eager to return for another rendezvous with these delightful noodles. So, if you find yourself craving a scrumptious noodle fix, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you. Until next time, happy...

I had the worst experience ever in your restaurant today(08-03-2020). I went to eat at Udon which is in Maremagnum and all was fantastic. but here in Udon - El Born I was suprised because of the receptionist guy who was totally disrespectful to us. we arrived at the restaurant at 12:30pm which was open time but they didn't open the door and they were inside of the restaurant. so we decided to call them to ask 'at what time they will open' and they didn't take the phone even if they were at the restaurant. So we were waiting until they open, and finally it was at 13:00 they came out of the restaurant and prepare to have clients. and when we get in to the restaurant they said "we will open in 10mins". so we went out of the restaruant and waited outside. after 15mins we asked to the receptionist guy "now open?" and he didn't answer nicely. and made us to wait at the reception. and he was speaking so rude. They seemed unwilling to work. and the other waitress who came to work at 13:00(which is already half hour passed of the opening time) she was having lunch at the table and didn't even look at clients. We decided to leave the...

I've had the pleasure to stumble upon Udon on tuesday. As a allergy patient, their menu is ideal. You can access it through a QR code and filter out all allergens, which gives you a custom filtered menu. It feels great to just be able to browse through all dishes I can eat without having to question every option.

Sadly my wallet/bag got stolen around the same time. The service was excellent. The people present immediately got into action, remained calmn, allowed me to just stay and enjoy the food. Called the police and ensured I was taken care off.

As an Asian food fan, I would definitely try their entire menu. The crispy chicken in their soup was yummy. You notice they take off all the options they give to their clientele.

The restaurant itself has a combination of longer tables and short tables. As a solo traveller I enjoy the long tables as I can just get one of the free places. Not all places feel comfortable when enjoying a meal on your own, but this one did.

Definite recommendation...

Great little place- modern and stylish. I ordered the Yakisoba chicken and my husband order the pad Thai with chicken. Both meals were good- I like my husband’s pad Thai chicken better. I barely had any chicken on my meal. It’s like they were trying to skimp to save money- cutting the chicken up into little mini pieces instead of the strips they picture on the menu. Barely any chicken especially compared to the pictures. Since this is a chain restaurant and they have all the nutritional info posted on the menu, I would assume they would have the chicken portions measured or weighed if they were going to give precise protein info. Good restaurant but the owners need to be more precise with the amount of chicken. Just disappointed.

Atmosphere: 5/5. The location is great if you are visiting the Gothic Quarters and seating area is nice with lots of windows. Clean bathrooms. Service: 5/5. Attentive and helpful. Food: Canelón Japonés 5/5- our favorite dish, so much so that we got a second round! Curry chicken gyoza 5/5. Rollito Primavera 5/5- we were expecting these to be fresh but they were fried, however very tasty with a great sauce. Corral Chicken Yakisoba 3/5- flavor was ok but the noodles were too soft as if they had been cooked the day before & the chicken was hard and dry, we would not recommend this dish. Overall: 5/5 we would love to go back for their amazing tapas, beautiful seating area, & great service
