If I could give this place more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we had stumbled upon something special. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and chic—sunlight pouring through the windows, soft indie music humming in the background, and the warm scent of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air. We came in for a relaxed weekend brunch, and this spot delivered on every level. We ordered two classics: the pancakes and the avocado toast—and I can honestly say they were some of the best we’ve ever had. Let’s start with the pancakes. Fluffy beyond belief, they were perfectly golden on the outside and cloud-soft on the inside. They came stacked beautifully, topped with a generous pat of melting butter, a cascade of fresh berries, and a drizzle of warm maple syrup that soaked into every layer just enough to sweeten each bite without overwhelming it. Each forkful was a harmony of texture and taste: sweet, airy, and satisfying. You could tell these weren’t your average brunch pancakes—every bite felt elevated, intentional, and made with love. Now, the avocado toast—a true showstopper. The bread was rustic and perfectly toasted: crispy on the edges, but with a chewy, hearty center that held up under a lush, generous layer of creamy avocado. It was seasoned just right, with a touch of sea salt, lemon zest, and chili flakes that added the perfect kick. To top it off, a soft-boiled egg sat proudly on top—runny yolk and all—adding a rich silkiness that brought everything together. Paired with a little side salad of peppery arugula and a dash of balsamic glaze, it was the kind of dish that tastes clean, nourishing, and deeply satisfying all at once. The staff was equally wonderful—attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about the food they serve. You could tell they genuinely cared about the experience of each guest, checking in just enough without hovering. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcomed the moment you step through the door. Overall, this brunch spot is everything you want and more: excellent food, a thoughtful menu, lovely atmosphere, and a team that truly makes you feel at home. Whether you’re a die-hard brunch enthusiast or just looking for a weekend treat, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’re bringing friends.

I thought everything about this place was very nice, except (and the reason I’m giving it 3 stars) that if you’re going to have so many pancake dishes (it’s a small menu, but 3 or 4 have pancakes), then you should really have some maple syrup to offer your patrons! They said they have no maple syrup, so I found it misleading to do so much marketing claiming how great your pancake dishes are, but if people see pancakes, they’re going to assume there’s syrup to go with it! (Though I saw some in at least one of the other reviewers’ photos, so, now not sure). Also, I understand that they want to preserve the “integrity” of their dishes, and if maple isn’t a flavor that They think goes well on a dish like a “Benedict” that is served with Hollandaise sauce, then I respect that, however I had asked for my Hollandaise on the side, and could have perfectly poured maple syrup on top instead! I just think it’s really dumb. Get maple syrup for your pancakes (which were a little on the dry side, btw).

We stumbled across this place while walking around and the decorations and vibe made us decide to have breakfast here, and it was great! The pancakes were a bit dry, but with the passion fruit curd which was AMAZING and all of the fresh fruit, it was great! My boyfriend had a brioche with poached eggs and salmon and he was in love! We also ordered some of the selfmade lemonades, and they were amazing! They were the perfect balance of sour and sweet and they were very refreshing. Our food didn't take long to arrive either, even tho it was packed. We had two waiters - Josh and a girl who's name we didn't catch, and they were both lovely! Very nice, chatty, sympathetic. We'd definitely go again! It is a bit on the pricey side, as we weren't used to spending 40€ on breakfast, but for special occasions it's definitely worth it!

Cremat 11: A Barcelona Brunch Delight (4/5 Stars)

If you're searching for a delicious and satisfying brunch spot in Barcelona, Cremat 11 is a must-visit! Nestled in the heart of old Barcelona, this charming restaurant offers a delightful menu with something for everyone.

During my visit, I tried their Cheese Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The menu also features tempting options like Eggs Benedict and pancakes piled high with fresh berries, ensuring a variety of brunch favorites to choose from.

The atmosphere at Cremat 11 is both trendy and modern, with an industrial-chic vibe thanks to the exposed brick walls. The vibrant pink seating adds a playful pop of color, and the neon "Cremat 11" sign creates a cool, contemporary aesthetic. It's the perfect spot for a stylish and Instagrammable brunch.

The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Pros: Delicious food, especially the burgers! Trendy and Instagram-worthy interior design. Cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Cons: Not ideal for large groups.

Overall, I highly recommend Cremat 11 for a fantastic brunch experience in Barcelona. It's perfect for couples, friends catching up, or anyone looking for a memorable meal in a...
