Today November 24 about 2:10 p.m., calm atmosphere, we ordered salad and risotto, we had finished the salad soon and we waited for the risotto. While other tables were filling around and we saw that all the food was served, having arrived later and that the risotto did not arrive. We asked the waiter about 3 o'clock in the afternoon what was going on and he said that they were stamping up, in total, that at 15.15 we got up to leave because the risotto did not arrive. I went to ask for the bill and to give my complaint to the room manager, and without asking for any apology he only said that he had an order to take and that he only had a fire, and that many people had arrived asking for risotto. None of that convinced me because I had been waiting for a long time, they had forgotten the command, period, but I didn't recognize it. As easy as apologizing and solving it, but he insisted that I had a lot of work and that I was going to touch. What touched me was ......... This man "in charge" nothing of humility, very badly educated, with some pathetic excuses, tell me that he had only one fire and that it was by order of command .... " lie "... it wasn't for apologizing, the waiters did, although the waiters had to have seen the lateness of the dish. My complaint for not being vigilant to the guests and for the lack of professionalism and tact of the manager. I hope that the main person in charge will show this man that this is not how clients are treated, we cannot lie so...

The ambience is lovely – calm, stylish, and inviting.
The location is convenient, with easy underground parking, which made the visit smooth. Free 2hours parking if you have 15€ minimum spend in one of the restaurants.
We had pizzas, and I really appreciated the thin dough – light and crisp, just how I like it. The food quality was good standard for touristic area and once we placed our order, everything came out quickly.
That said, a couple of small things stood out that could make the experience even better:
The service felt a bit slow, especially considering it was a quiet weekday around 5 p.m. It took a while for someone to take our order, and we had to call the staff’s attention more than once to make additional requests. A bit more proactive engagement from the team would really improve the customer experience.
A small tweak to the pizza dough, like using a lower fermentation dough to make it softer, might elevate the texture even more – just a personal suggestion!
It would also be really helpful if the menu clearly highlighted vegetarian options. Even something as simple as a small symbol next to the dish name would make it much easier for vegetarians to choose without needing to ask.

We were seated out the back of the restaurant which, although it was a gorgeously set up area, looked out onto the back streets of the Marina. We love people watching so this wasn't the worst but we would have liked to have been sat overlooking the Marina instead... The staff were nice, it was quite busy but they still refilled our glasses, cleared the table and delivered our meals in good time. There was little to no conversation outside of the service aspect which suits some people, but we are quite chatty people so it felt awkward at times when they came to clear plates.
