Döner Kebab A la Turc — Restaurant in Benalmádena

Have been coming here for take-out for several years as we live nearby, but the service and food have gone downhill the last few months. The food is ok--usually get vegetarian gondola or kebab. Not the best, but not the worst and very convenient as it is open most hours. Went by on last weekend and was totally ignored by the rudest woman ever! We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and she studiously avoided us, but we were patient. Until another customer walked up in back of us and the woman behind the counter immediately said hello and asked what they wanted. We asked if she could take our order as we had been waiting longer. She said curtly "you want take-away? Order from him" and pointed to an employee who was busy cooking. He looked at her quizzically like he had no idea why she was asking him to take the order and then turned around. Then we asked her again if we could please order. She angrily took the order--I still have no idea why she was so nasty! We were polite and are regulars. Will probably not go back---definitely not if the same woman is there! Heard kebabs are great but haven't tried yet, only pizza as the one on display was very tempting ! Got the pepperoni pizza , lovely cheesy thin base, good price but could have done with more pepperoni pieces as you hardly got 1 on each slices ,even 1 was cut into 2 pieces .. shame but still nice. Would come back but just needs more pepperoni on pizza at least 1 on...
