McDonald's — Restaurant in Benalmádena

Not your usual McDonalds you'd find in the UK. Quite small but with adequate seating outside. The toilets are small and quite dirty. The mens toilets didn't flush but water was constantly flowing to the toilet. Which was blocked with feces and toilet paper, but with no chance to shift it due to the broken flush mechanism. My daughter ordered a McFlurry and when it came it was nearly all cream, so either the machine wasn't operating correctly or it wasn't at the correct temperature. Do yourself a favour, continue further west and get an ice cream from the Burger King down the road. Better quality ice cream and larger seating inside, and it...

I was at this restaurant today and I'll tell you what it's like there. When I entered the restaurant I saw dirt on the floor and stairs, the garbage bin was overflowing. Later I saw that the employees of this place did not have gloves on their hands when preparing food, although I saw gloves on a hook in the kitchen. As for the meat, it was sour and over-salted and the bun was hard. The fries were normal, the dessert was the same. I wouldn't order food from this McDonald's again.

To sum up:

If it were me, if I knew that this restaurant operated like this throughout my trip, I wouldn't even look at this place.

The worst service ever. Rude staff with alot of attitude. We complained because it has been 30minutes to serve our order.. And their answer was rude n distributing told us if we want our money back. Basically to get lost!!! We are still waiting.. Their main attendion is to serve the take away. Plus after waiting for 30m they say they don't have the salad .. this mcdonalf is a joke and a disgrace for the brand. Does the manager feel she is the boss and can treat people like this.
