Our visit to this restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us terribly. They were extremely rude, and at one point, they even started shouting at us for no reason. When we said we would call the police due to their behavior, they couldn’t care less and continued to yell at us before just walking away.

As if that wasn’t enough, when we asked for a receipt to prove that we had barely been there for half an hour, they deliberately shut off the cash register to avoid giving it to us. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The food was absolutely awful. Shortly after eating, we began feeling extremely unwell, with severe stomach pains. To make matters worse, we had to serve our own wine because the staff was completely inattentive.

This place is a disaster in every way—terrible service, horrible food, and a total lack of respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place...

So Ill start with the positives and this review can only really be based on my preferences. I can't say I'm the biggest fish fan, and probably went expecting more of a cooked Chinese options (sweet and sour chicken that sort of thing) than choose ingredients that's been sat there and then wait fir it to be cooked. Just having to leave your table, pick every ingredient, then stand around waiting for it to be cooked, then go back to your table. For some people it'll work amazingly. If you have kids probably not.

So I focused on the cooked food section. Not much option in my opinion, some may disagree. However what isn't up for discussion is that a lot of the food had been sat there for a while and was at a stretch mildly warm.

Just want for me I'm afraid. And the one star is basically based on as a minimum in any restaurant the food should be rather warm or hot. If I went to and ordered a Guinness and it comes out warm id send that...

Experiencia regular tirando a mal. Hace tiempo que no venía y quise darle una segunda oportunidad, pero definitivamente, es la última vez que vengo.

Empezando por los precios, 22€ por persona a ser domingo y por la noche, más bebida a parte, y a barbaridad, se esté en Puerto Marina o en Hawái.

Solo uno de los camareros cumplía con un protocolo perfecto.

Los camareros eran cercanos y amables.

Tienen una mini terraza donde puedes fumar.

Te comentan que el buffet se va a cerrar y notas unas prisas que tienen por recoger todo y cerrar que no veas, soy camarero y lo entiendo, pero cuando se trata de recoger hay que hacerlo de tal forma que el cliente no se de ni cuenta 😅

Fueron muy amables cuando les pedí que me pusieran el móvil a cargar y ellos con gusto me lo pusieron.

Otra cosa que me pareció extraña, no mal, sino extraña, es que en cuanto nos avisaron que el buffet se iba a cerrar, el personal se puso a cenar, cuando yo normalmente eso lo hago con las puertas ya cerradas y sin clientes en sala. No es porque no coman, sino porque ahora si te necesitas un refresco o algo y tienes que llamar al camarero, te da cosa porque está comiendo, y evidentemente no lo vas a molestar.

Pedí un vaso de agua y me dijeron que tenía que acercarme a la barra.

Otra cosa que me llamó la atención es que cuando entramos, el hombre que estaba hablando por teléfono en la barra, estaba discutiendo con un cliente.

Cogimos un plato de almejas para hacerlas a la plancha, y esperando en mesa a que nos lo trajera, tuvimos que ir a por el plato, cosa que en ningún momento te avisan. Cuando fui a recoger el plato, me dicen que yo no había dejado ningún plato, que cogiese otro para que lo hagan y yo extrañado porque me lo dijo el cocinero de plancha comiendo y con la mascarilla bajada, hablé con los camareros para ver qué pasaba y me comentaron que se habían guardado el plato en la cocina y se estaban comiendo ellos los mejillones, PERDONA??? Esto es algo intolerable y encima diciéndome que no había cogido ese plato el cual se estaban comiendo ellos.

Si yo no es por que coman o no durante el servicio, es que te dejan encima por embustero.

Deberíamos de habernos ido al ver la discusión que tenía el hombre de la barra al teléfono.

Era un domingo por la noche, atención horrible por parte de cocina y por la parte de la sala regular/bien sino fuese por ese camarero con el protocolo correcto, precios caros y la comida en general estaba regular, algunos productos eran frescos, pero otros mejor ni probar.

Es verdad que el sushi era de calidad y fue lo único que mereció la pena pagar los casi 80€ de 3 menús de 3 amigos con 4 refrescos.

No volveré ni...
